It helped us when we need a place

The lady behind the counter was a little off she watched us bring our stuff out of our car to our room she charged us for extra money that was already paid on the site they said that they had breakfast they do not

Proximity to school and shopping center.

Deceptive advertising. Pool out of service and no continental breakfast except for tea and coffee.

The staff are fantastic. I began visiting the area twice a year since 2023 and stay there every time.

It would be nice to have an onsite food option.

Location

Advertised as breakfast and pool included but it wasn?t. Requested handicapped room, not available. No coffee in room. No cups by coffee in common area. Ice maker crusty with crud. Given flimsy plastic bag for ice with no container. Filthy everywhere!

The jacuzzi could not be used, the jets were dark and very dirty, unsure if it was mold. Other areas of the room were dirty.

Rooms were unclean and smelled horribly. Caused my asthma to trigger along with my niece. Linen had stains on it. Had to leave hotel after just looking at 2 seperate rooms with same issues. Should be credited did not stay there

Had to wait for someone at front desk to checkout in morning, the room had a wooden box covering something and just looked tacky, the shower was old and gross, and found a hair in the bed under the sheet. Everything else in room is updated.

Location relative close to downtown

Staff is unbelievable rude. Rooms were not cleaned, no fresh towels. After I called a phone number that is posted at front desk as nobody is at the front desk I was told that I have to go and get my own towels ??there were many more negative experiences

The room was filthy. The front doors of the lobby were filthy. The bedsheets had stains and hairs on them. There were bugs next to and behind the tables. The AC unit did not cool the room after being on 24 hours. The ceiling was filthy.

Not one thing

Everything the staff was terrible they actually tried to charge me for my kids on our last night told me pay 20 per kid or leave

Feels old and not the best kept up with but the room was generally clean, bedding was clean and white, no stains.

The mattress

The dirty toilet, the loose panel on the side of the jacuzzi tub, dirty uneven floors, a door that did not lock, curtains that were not hung properly with only pins on the valance, only two washcloths and towels for a 3day stay 2 nights. Not enough soaps,

Not a damn thing

Sheets had blood on them. Ac didn¿t work. Shower had hair and used bars of soap in them. Room also had an awful smell to it.

Convenient

This is an old motel converted to Days Inn some years ago. It is definitely in need of some maintenance, but the bed was new and comfy.

This hotel has no redeeming qualities

Housekeeping never showed up once. Door keys stopped working. Management poorly organized. Rooms were dirty. Multiple things broken that had obviously been broken for a while.

No elevators. Had 2 room keys and took 30+ tries to open. Got new keys and same thing. Very frustratiing. Window curtains were gross. Mold on hairdryer cord. It was clean but after this I felt gross. Cheap soap no lather.

Simple, cheap, great breakfast

Breakfast, chef made omelets and french toast.

In the morning we had options of omlettes, pancakes, French toast made to order with a ticket. That was delightful

The bathroom was dated. Needs a little TLC. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made it comfortable.

Nothing at all.

This hotel is disgusting. It smells bad, looks rundown and unkept. I left, did not stay overnight for the one night reservation booked.
