Pros +
- Staff was nice and room was comfortable.
- Friendly staff that went out of their way to assist when needed.
- the comfortable reading chair in the room. You would be amazed how many hotels in all categories including 5 star do not have a comfortable chair. It was the highlight when I opened the door. Also, the ease of turning on and regulating the AC.
Cons -
- I was in the 'wheelchair' access room. Lovely room, bathroom was Very Accessible NOT the bed, it was too far off the ground for a nice transfer from wheelchair to bed. Even with a transfer board it was an steep upward climb into the bed.
- Nope!
- The coffee maker, in the room, did not work. I get up at 4am to work and had no coffee.
