Hampton Inn Columbus/Delaware I-71 North

The room floors were sticky, the tile and the carpet. It felt like we were walking on insect glue traps and it made the bottom of our socks brown. The room also had a bad odor.

Comfortable beds, cleanliness, brightness and a very good hot breakfast

This is true of most hotels that offer breakfast and that is there are not a lot of gluten free options for us who must eat gluten free. Luckily I bring my own food just for that reason.

Was told breakfast was open until 11am. Blonde woman was rude when went down and she was cleaning up the buffet. Manager and front desknworker looked like they hadn't been to bed or showered. Manager very unprofessional.

Easy to get to. Convenient.

AC fan was terribly loud. We told the front desk the next t morning and they said they would check it.

It was in a great location. We could walk to several places to eat and the outlets and freeway where close. My kids and I enjoyed the pool and exercise room.

We requested our bathroom to be cleaned and came back to find it not done (stayed a total of 5 days). The night shift came up and helped me clean it. Some of the staff were just not very friendly.

The pool was closed and that was NOT mentioned anywhere on your website!!!!! Pictures of a full swimming pool and hot tub were shown! Very disappointing for the kids we brought there¿¿

We always stay at Hamptons. This hotel was not at Hampton standards.

Our room was not clean. The whole hotel looked like if needed a facelift. Long line to check in. Needed more staff. We have stayed at other Hamptons where you made your own take and go breakfast box. Thus Hampton had premade boxes.¿¿

Smelled clean and sterile. Nothing out of place. Great place to stay. And since we were checking in late we got a discount. Well worth it.

The room we got was not the room in in the picture We thought we had a king suite it was a small room Kind of disappointing But the room was clean and pleasant no complaints about that

Online it says they have cribs and they don't. But they do have pack n plays.

Excellent variety and food selection for breakfast, good size swimming pool and fitness room, cleanliness of our room.

Unexpected and certainly unwanted wake up call at 6:30 AM for the whole family from the hotel telephone system.

We needed a space to practice for competition & the nice night manager set us up in a meeting room. That was totally perfect & really appreciated.

Room (handicapped accessible) somewhat small - could barely get a wheelchair beside the bed (king). Then too, we also had to have a cot in there for our daughter.

The room was was clean and the bathroom spotless. Breakfast in the morning was great both mornings of my stay. There was even a working TV !

The AT&T Universe TV went out and stayed out both evenings of my stay and was still out when I had left the morning. Zero TV, Zero news ... not good

It would be nice if the vanity area was not in with the shower and toilet. There weren't any other mirrors.

I was double invoiced by the hotel then you took money out as well which was $35 higher than what the hotel charged

The front desk manager was excellent! He was very nice and very helpful. Good luck to him as he is working and going to school.
