The Wallhouse Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

We were early getting there and they let us go to our room as soon as it was cleaned

Roomy lobby, rooms were large. Great shower.

This was our third stay at the Wallhouse. It?s got clean, Beautiful rooms and great staff!

The peace and quiet it offers due to the location. The staff is very friendly.

The cleanliness

Just overall disappointed. We have stayed at this hotel most of the time we visit Amish Co, but this last visit was so disappointing. It actually has us reconsidering staying elsewhere next time.

All you needed to do was ask and within reason, they would come through. I've stayed at The Wallhouse 5 or 6 times and it's the only place I will stay when I'm in Walnut Creek.

The bathroom could have been cleaner!

The staff was so nice and answered question for us. Nice breakfast and good coffee!

Super clean, modern updated feel, everyone was very attentive and friendly. The hotel appears well run by an attentive team. Big rooms too! Across the street from downtown Walnut Creek which is perfect.

Firm check in / check out times. We could've used an early check in and their book references a $50 late checkout fee.

Location right by the farm and Der Dutch restaurant and other places

The staff is over worked we saw the same person that handled the breakfast which she did a excellent job ¿¿ also had to clean rooms and do laundry and the front desk was there when we checked in spent the night and was there the next day

Loved the pool. The room was great except for the dark hairs that I found on the sheets when we arrived.

The view from my balcony. It was nothing but rolling hills and nicely manicured farms. The staff was amazing. The person at the front desk worked from 7am to 9pm everyday. I would recommend The Wallhouse to anyone!

Everything was very clean and new, designed for convenience. Breakfast was outstanding, one of the best I've had in recent years. The workout room was well-equipped. I could see a longer family vacation or professional meetings here.

The springs in the mattress was very bad, I couldn't rest, they did have a chair in the room so that is where I spent most of the night.

Very nice. People are very helpful. Pool is a good size and the hot tub was exactly what I needed. Breakfast is well stocked with many choices. This was our second visit and we will be back again.

This hotel has very spacious rooms. The shower was very clean and spacious too. No odors and very clean.

The beds are a little uncomfortable for someone with back trouble.
