It was first floor, minimal pet charge; seemed to be our only option in the area.

A microwave in the room would have been nice. Having to walk to a microwave room wasn¿t the most convenient.

Clean, no bugs. No odors.

Would of liked a coffee machine, for $--- a night. I was here because of a power outage. I live only a few miles away.

Although this hotel is older, it was clean and the staff was courteous. Really enjoyed my stay!

Room was terrible, linens not clean, shower handle fell off and water was lukewarm, it appeared to be a weekly/month

Back yard for dogs. Location was good.

Sheets and toilet were clean but everything else was Old, worn and not too clean. Sink poorly patched. Dusty furniture. Dirty floors. Someone's dirty socks on the floor. A lot of money for a cheap facility. That's aside from the loud sex going on half the night next door.

It was all amazing, the older man that welcomed me in was one of the most polite and welcoming people I’ve ever met. He really was a great person and representative of kings inn. Very homey feel, more country and relaxed setup. I very much enjoyed this place, great location for stores. Highly recommend.

Absolutely nothing

Dirty room ,bathroom with disgusting chalk hanging out all over bottom of the sink was leaking water every time u turned on the water, carpet in the room next to the bed had burn spots looks like a great place for drug addicts to hang out.... had to go buy a can of sanitizer and sprayed all over

I stayed at the King's Inn Cleveland for four nights and everything was wonderful. I really enjoyed the sitting area in back of the room where I could sit outside in the evening hours. The free coffee in the mornings in the Office was excellent. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked well, and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

The free WiFi could be improved. It was rather slow and I ended up using my cell phone as a hotspot to connect to the Internet.

No breakfast!!!!!

Cleanliness, manager was difficult, but other employees were nice

This location hasn't been updated since the '70s it's like they're waiting for someone to buy the property and cash out the sheets were like from the '70s everything was old except for the towels

Worst stay ever

I had a non-smoking room. There were burn holes in every piece of fabric in the room. The shower was pieced together. Not even sure where you turn the shower on. A full size refrigerator was stored in the room.

Bedroom very clean and spacious.

Bathroom, shower and vanity need upgrades. Too old and rusty.

No breakfast available. The ONLY thing that was acceptable was the TV.

The room was very dirty, both the sheets and the carpet had hair and lint all over it. When I went to ask that sheets be changed I was told they had no one on staff at that time that could do it till the next day.I then asked for clean sheets to change th

I never went to the hotel. I tried to book for north olmsted ohio and during my reservation my connection to priceline dissconnected and so i was not able to get hold of priceline in a timely manner and this hotel was 3o minutes away from where I was - and I was billed for over $100 for a hotel I never even stayed at. Horrible. After being a customer for several years, I will never use priceline again.

Less scary than the motel down the road.

Dirty, tube TV, stained sheets, rusty hardware.

The location was the ONLY thing that was decent about this hotel.

This was, by far, the most horrific experience that myself and my family have ever experienced. The whole reason for travelling to this area, was that my family and I were attending funeral services for an Aunt that lived in Stongsville, OH.

It was reasonably close to our destination and close to the interstate. Also close to retail stores.

It did not have the freshest oder in the room.
