Cons -
- Due to medical emergency i did not make the reservation and nobody at the hotel could help me cancel my trip and recive a refund so I lost almost 180 dollars of my hard earned money. It was absolutely devastating and uncalled for
- Our bathroom door closed automatically and we got locked out of it so we had to keep a towel at the door so it wouldn't happen again
- The room was filthy. Had to clean the room before settling in. Had to have a filthy stained chair replaced. Had to cover the sofa because it was stained and unusable. The door locks didn?t work and got locked out. Same problem later that evening again.
