The bed was very comfortable. The entire place was clean and smelled amazing. No bed bugs!

The breakfast attendant was very rude.

Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated.

The bed frame was a bit squeaky.

Super friendly employees, clean rooms, excellent location, free hot chocolate/coffee all day, owned by Franciscan.

Not adequate ventilation in bathroom which causes mold to grow.

The pool was dirty and oily from kids left unattended, the pool room was destroyed, could NOT use it very disappointing.

The room was good but the boys had to be quiet but other guest could be heard in the hall at all parts of the night

Everything was wonderful! Traveled with my daughter for a 5K race in the morning. We got to go ice skating st the rink across the street, everyone was SOO friendly. Such a great experience and memory for my daughter and I!!

The cost was higher than the other hotel in town, but COMPLETELY worth it!!

This was a fantastic experience from top to bottom! I was greeted with warm hospitality, the design/decor was stylish & modern, but warm and cozy, the pool was the right temperature and was beautifully designed, and the snacks in the lobby were great.

I loved everything about this hotel, and I usually don't write hotel reviews but felt compelled to share that this one is awesome.

Absolutely nothing to fix, it. Was perfect. And I am SUPER picky and a germaphobe-was superb

The staff was friendly especially the lady that service the Breakfast area. She was very helpful with safety tips this was my first visit to Steubenville, OHIO. Also the front desk after mentioned I was a Best Western rewards member and given a gift.

I would prefer a liquid soap rather than a bar of soap. I also believe a complimentary bottle of water should be available in the room or refrigerator.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. The room was extremely nice. The breakfast was incredible. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, and a yogurt machine with different topping to make your own parfait. Staff was nice.

The carpet needs cleaned.

The rooms are spacious and clean. They have a hot breakfast which is good. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The staff is courteous.

The staff members were professional, helpful, and attentive. I liked being able to text the front desk with questions. The room was clean.

For a newer hotel, the carpet and mattresses were already worn out, and the sleeper couch was very small. The breakfast was disappointing. The half shower door let water all over the bathroom and let cold air in. Aesthetically pleasing, not functional.

Location, cleanliness and breakfast are excellent.

This hotel was very easy to get to, had great access to food and fun within a few feet of the front door. There is a large green with life size chess and other games for kids and adults to play . The hotel lobby was clean, spacious and comfortable.

I really cant say anything bad about it
