The front desk staff were very helpful and nice.

Nope it was great
No microwave oven in room:(
The AC cover was not secured and hit me on the head and left bruises on my hand. The power outlets we loose and sparked when we plugged things in.

TV was not working. Found two cords unplugged from the power strip. One was the TV, the other? Maybe the fridge? Still couldn?t get the tv to turn on. I?d checked in about midnight and already got ready for bed before discovering this.
