manager was very pleasant and personable

creepers hanging around pool, but manager fixed the situation without us asking

Clean, solid beds

Breakfast is non-existent. Juice machine was broken. Go to McDonald?s or somewhere else.

The man working the front counter knew we were leaving early in the AM and offered to get breakfast ready an hour earlier than scheduled and then had it all ready as he said he would. And this was after we checked in after midnight! Such a kind gesture!

air conditioning was not the best! Chair in room was very dirty! Bathroom had mold in shower. Room was not the best!

Location proximity to where we were going.

Not great experience at check in, key cards were hard to operate, room smelled smoky, carpet needs replaced, soft spots in hallway that feels like could fall through.

Was the wires hotel and experience I have ever had I been better off getting a cardboard box than dealing with that

The people was rude they tried to double charge my card I had to lock my Bank account and all the worse place ever

Location was good.

Many areas needed cleaning. Throw rugs in hallways held together with duct tape. Windows need cleaning. Breakfast room floors coated with something that left tracks and smears as you walked. Breakfast bar definitely not up to usual Quality Inn standards.

We had a tornado warning go off at 4am, one kid that was in charge, was laying on the couch, people were in a panic at the front desk with NO Help or Protocol, Now that breakfast was horrible, very limited food out at 8:30 am, out of juice , No milk,

Broken tv remote broken alarm clock and called for a wake up call and did not get one. No elevator.

The rooms were mostly clean, the TVs worked well, and the beds were comfortable. The scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy were good for breakfast.

The breakfast wasn't great -- mostly carbs (cereal, toast, waffles). No fruit as advertised. Had to go to the front desk more than once to get someone to replenish the breakfast items. The hot tub shown in the pictures does not exist anymore :(

Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Beds and Pillows were very comfortable.

Everything was very clean and up-to-date.

My only disappointment was that the breakfast was still "COVID bags". I realize this is likely due to being short staffed like so many other businesses. BUT, at least these COVID bags included a microwavable hot sandwich!! That's better than most.

Location was excellent for the event we were attending, cleanliness was very good

Their policy about paying with cash has a lot to be desired. Wanted to secure our room with a credit card which we weren¿t prepared to do.

The pool was open location was good.

The staff was not very accommodating I was double booked by site and told it could not be rectified so paid for two rooms that had a musty scent. At 11pm the fire alarms began going off due to electrical malfunction so the staff turned them off I left 12p

Too far away from where I was working. All the hotels in Lima were booked so I was forced to look elsewhere. And I am glad I did.

We Have Stayed Here Several Times And Always Had Good Service ! The Location, The Indoor Pool And Hot Tub And The Free Breakfast And Newspaper Are All Nice Perks !

The Girl At The Front Desk Made Several Errors, Both When We Checked In And When She Tried To Give Us Someone Else's Bill When We Checked Out ! My Wife And I Are Both Seniors And AARP Members And Have Always Received A Discount, NOT THIS TIME !
