Room and public areas were mostly clean. Room was large and comfortable.
Some staff members were rude. Housekeeping was not even offered on weekends, resulting in our having to stay in a less-than-comfortably-clean room for most of our stay.

The breakfast was great, the room was spacious and clean.
My only complaint was staff communication. The check-in person at night seemed overwhelmed by a simple task, then was overly chatty about inconsequential stuff but failed to tell us there was free breakfast in the morning. The check-out person was overly casual. He just left his phone sitting on a table at breakfast and didn't seem worried about it. I know this is a part of the country where friendly and casual is part of their brand, but it bordered on unprofessional.
Location and the breakfast offerings. Loved the lemon waffles. Room was clean and had all that we needed.
I am use to a softer bed. I woke up several times hurting.
