Comfort Inn Piketon near Fairgrounds

It's a fair price on a decent hotel. It's not as nice as a Holiday Inn Express or a Hyatt by any means, but it's better than most cheap hotels.

Normally not a problems, but this one stay was off because there was major construction happening in almost every room down the hall I was in. There was banging, and drywall dust all over the floor, plastic covering the doors, dust masks on floor, etc.

Nothing really

The room says whirlpool bath, but it is not mentioned that it's in the bathroom itself. The pool was very dirty, staff was not friendly, assign at the drink Vending says there's a snack machine available when you go it, machine has no power

Clean, nice firm bed, coffee always available.

Could not sleep because of railroad tracks & crossing across the road & trains running throughout the night & blow their horn because of the crossing. We also picked this room because it was the only one that did not say non-smoking, it was non-smoking

My room faced a set of railroad tracks with trains blowing the horns at all hours of the day and night. I got no sleep.

Clean, friendly staff at check in.

There was a huge gathering by the pool area. Two kids that seemed to try extra to be annoying splashing around, no one paying attention to them. Some people would leave and others would join, most of the people were not staying at the hotel

Everything worked and was clean

Trains passed loudly day and night. Breakfast was not well stocked.

Clean, friendly a bit older but very functional hotel will stay again.

Helpfulness of front desk staff and cleanliness of the room.

Very loud air conditioner and multiple trains passing by during the night made sleeping well a challenge.

Very well updated and maintained. We rebooked for our trip back home. Was very pleasantly surprised about how the place looked, felt and the support from the staff.

It was definitely clean and staff very friendly, breakfast could use a little help but let's face it breakfast is secondary to why we stayed there

Nice hotel. I train at a gun range about 35 minutes from this location and have always stayed at the Comfort Inn in Seaman, OH. This hotel in Piketon is significantly better than that one. Much cleaner.

Accomodating...able to pick a room that best suit our needs.

Breakfast open till 9, but you couldn't eat it in the dining area...they closed it right away.

My room was clean, well stocked with towels etc. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept well.

The rooms were very (immaculatley) clean. The rooms had a small refrigerator and microwave, which rooms hardly have anymore.

There is nothing around the hotel, but there is 2 gas stations and one has a taco bell in it. So, it was not too bad to get food.

There were no gluten free options for breakfast. But I don't usually expect every hotel to provide that.

We attended the SamJam Blue Grass Festival over Labor Day weekend. You couldn't get a hotel any closer to the venue than this. Our room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great experience.
