Spark by Hilton Columbus East Pickerington

The hotel is under renovation. Some of the staff need more training. The receptionist stated the rooms were renovated, but I hope they are not finished. The bathroom floor and door needs lots attention. There was not a phone in the room, no wake-up call

Close to lots of places to eat and shop

It was too close to the highway and the breakfast did not have lactose free products for use on cereal.

The hotel was just ok. The parking was inconvenient and dark. The room wasn?t very clean.

Bed was extremely hard & pillows uncomfortable

Halls were very dark and musty smelling. Although the rooms were updated decor wise, they also had a damp musty smell/feel

There was a lot of selections at breakfast.

The room had a very musty smell. The tub did not drain properly so there was 3-4¿ of water in the tub when taking a shower.

Hotel was clean room was nice.

I didn't like the high pet fee they surprise you with when you get there. The most I have ever had. 75.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room is immaculate. The bed was phenomenal and I would absolutely recommend any and everyone give this hotel a visit.

The only thing I can say that I did not like about that hotel was that I had to leave when it was time to check out which by the way I didn't get in till late because I work on the road and they had absolutely no problem with letting me check out late!!

This is rated as 2.5 stars, but there is nothing 2.5 about it! This isca Hampton in name only! It is old, it is run down, there were no white breakfast bags available and the front desk staff were lazy and rude! I am sorry I stayed here!!!

The pool area was poor. It was indoors, but not heated. It was too cold to enjoy. The lights in the pool room didn¿t work and the front desk couldn¿t help. The lounge chairs had mildew all over them.

Standard, clean, spacious room with king size bed. Nothing special but met our expectations.

A/C was not fully functional but good enough

Sheriff dept came to hotel twice leaving w people in handcuffs. Elevator was broke . Housekeeping walked into room without knocking . Overcharged for room . Room scanner to allow us to get into pool was broke . Unable to swim on an 85 degree day

Staff was very friendly. he was the night shift man and the manager marge.. they were awesome very helpful. The room was very clean and quiet the bed was very comfortable.

Elevator broke. Door to pool broke. Rooms smelled. Expensive.

The elevator was out of order which means we had to take a room on the first floor which was fine but it was a handicapped room which had its drawbacks since we¿re not handicapped the hotel although we had a non-smoking room smelled like smoke

The room looked well cared for and very clean.

The breakfast was limited for a continental¿no yogurt, danishes, or fruit. Also, the pool hours were inconvenient since we like to swim immediately after breakfast, but it didn¿t open until 9 and closed at 9:30

A very good location just off of the interstate and next to a good restaurant and others close-by.

There is room for improvement with the checkin staff.
