Comfort Inn Pickerington - Columbus East

My king bed was sooo comfortable, the location with a ravine view was very quiet and the TV worked.Bath had plenty of hot water

The price, availability, location

Bed too firm (personal opinion only!; last rm I booked, the bed was MUCH softer, maybe one has to ask for their preference ;); some lingering cigarette smoke smell in the halls, corners of carpets unswept (made it appear ?dirty?) empty vending machines.

We were charged a $20 deposit on our card. At checkout we received the 9 balance. Called the hotel and tgey said they always put deposit through on credit cards and refund after a few days??

How friendly and helpful the staff was.

I found a cockroach in the bathroom which caused me to leave a day early. The staff was understanding and assisted in getting me a refund for the last day I did not stay.

The room was nice

Elevator didn't work properly, and the breakfast wasn't that good.

The beds and linen on the bed was clean. No bugs at all. The room was clean but had a smell do to the fridge being unplugged as well as the microwave.

The face cloths were dingy. The internet kept going out all night. Was unable to enjoy the television. The pool water was filthy. Even the next morning the pool was still dirty.

Decent price. With a pool. Even included a decent breakfast.

The Driveway Entrance/exit

They have comfy rooms and serve breakfast

They told me i'd get a 25$ tooken off until i checked out and never received my money back..

Very close to stores and restaurants.

The swimming pool was out of order. The parking lot had a narrow entrance one in and one exit.

Location to my sons home and his church

I purposely booked this hotel one day in advance for the indoor pool drove 3 hours for the pool to be closed for renovations This should¿ve been stated in the booking process. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Price

There were large stains in the carpet, holes in the sheets, the safety lock had one of two missing screws, the drain in the bathtub was busted and broken, the toilet paper roll was torn off the wall and sitting on the sink.

This hotel was very dirty. The pool was under maintenance. Usually Comforter inn¿s that are in suburban areas are nice. This one was one of the worst.

The fixtures in the shower were coming apart and did not allow us to get hot water. The location is very difficult to get to.

Nice Breakfast, that's It!

Smelled awful and the parking lot only has one in and out and it's on a busy street.

Pool closed during dog days of summer, nuts and bolts under the chair cushion, cold drink machine turned off, "breakfast buffet" really just a pantry with only one flavor of cream cheese, all microwave sandwiches with sausage but no other meat/non-meat.

The pool was closed for renovations when we got there... something that I was hoping to be able to use. That should be updated on their website, I would have chosen a different hotel

The room was good, it was clean and well stocked.

Location, worst place ever to put a motel. Terrible access, can only turn in from north bound hill road with no easy turn around to get to it. It fronts an 8 lane very busy road between a traffic light and the highway entrance/exit. Extreme road noise

They allowed guest to run up and down the hallway all night it was banging in the walls until around 1am in the morning.

Close to dining,shopping,and attractions.

Very run down. Carpets stained and dirty throughout. Water damaged ceiling in the bathroom and cleanliness of the room was very poor. Burn holes in the bed skirts, hair everywhere, and various items found on the floor around the beds.
