It’s not that we didn’t like it, the first rooms AC wasn’t working, so we had to haul all our stuff out to a new room. That wasn’t fun with three small kids. Otherwise it was fine.

It was clean upon arrival. The staff was friendly.

The beds were super itchy. We could not sleep for 2 days. We even gave it a nickname ?Holiday Itch? the was my 1st and last experience at this brand of hotels.

The receptionist at the desk was amazing. She upgraded our room to a suite for enrolling in the rewards program. Super clean! Beds and pillows are so comfortable!

Easy check in. Nice room for the price.

Coffee in the room is terrible. But to be fair "All" in room Coffee is terrible.

The hotel was great! The guests however were not. There was kids running everywhere slamming door. They were knocking and running away. Stayed at this location and never had issues before but this went on until 2am.

Very clean rooms and very polite staff.

Refrigerator in room did not work.

Staff at the front desk were friendly.Room was modern and appeared clean(more about that in the next section). Fridge snd TV were both pretty good size. Bed was comfortable

We noticed a horrible smell in the bathroom,urine mixed with mildew.We kept the door closed as we didn't want to change rooms at 12:30am after a long drive.In the am,we found the shower curtain was soaked in urine at it's base.How can housekeeping ignore?

If I had to criticize one aspect of my stay it would be the tub. It was very slippery. I had to hold on throughout my shower

The staff were friendly and inviting upon arrival. The check in was quick and seamless which was nice. The rooms were clean and the location was near plenty of shopping options.

Breakfast buffet was pricey for run of the mill food.

Great bed, room thermostat worked well, nice amenities, convenient location.

Located by many restaurants, highway and grocery

Cleanliness was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Plenty of free parking.

I booked a hotel suite room online and when I got there, they ended up giving the room I booked out to someone else. No suites were available and I ended up being left with a regular room. Very disappointing

Newly developed property within the last two years so everything is up-to-date and clean.

Where as nice as the room was, you think they would spring for the good showerheads. Or maybe there was an issue with the water pressure? Also, the pool was cloudy and murky looking, but maintenance was on hand adding salt, etc, to chemically balance

Cleanliness is the most important for me. It has a modern decor which is an additional plus. Exceptional staff on all shifts. You couldn't ask for a better location.It's a kid friendly hotel.

I only wish they offered a complimentary breakfast of some type
