- Room in poor shape- drawers of dresser wouldn?t shut posing an injury risk. Plaster falling from the ceiling
- The bathroom door was in very bad shape. We stayed in a room that was by the pool, there was a noise that went off frequently that sounded like a loud can opener. Annoying but we dealt with it.
- Not able to shower in my room - water would fill up in the tub. Luckily, I had family staying in the same hotel and I was able to use theirs. submitted two complaints over the weekend and still haven't received a response from hotel management.
