Aloft by Marriott Cleveland Airport

Location to airport, new hotel very nice and a nice restaurant next door you can walk to and have dinner and drinks.

Not much -

not my kind of hotel - minimalist atmosphere; way too contemporary - lobby is not inviting; room was not swept; floor not mopped - very dirty; containers in shower were empty

Room was nice

Yes we didn¿t get free breakfast only coffee. The lady at front desk said we only paid $--- plus tax $-- so we didnt get breakfast which is totally unacceptable. We stayed at the Hyatt place in Cleveland for $--- per night and got full breakfast.

1 chair in the room for 2 people. Is one of us to sit on the bed or on the pad they placed under the TV? The floor in the shower gets very slippery once wet. I nearly fell. After flying we like to allow the wrinkles hang out of our clothes. 4 hangers only

Not much I liked that it has a area where you could purchase things and breakfast.

I didn't like the room not being cleaned as well with dirty wash cloths and someone was sick in the hotel that was coughing all night and morning. I was very uncomfortable and worried especially with Covid-19 going on right now.

Our room was wonderful and the lobby was great. The employees were very nice and welcoming.

It was my daughter¿s birthday and she was looking forward to swimming with her friends. The pool was dirty with murky water and white scum all around the sides. The water was also too cold, they didn¿t stay in it very long.

Love the clean modern design love the location for my needs and love the staff!

The thing I liked most was the staff was really friendly, we got 20% off our bill from the restaurant next door for staying there

The rooms amplified sound from outside so most of the night we heard peoples doors slamming shut. There was what appeared to be semen on the walls. The sheets didn¿t seem like they were cleaned and were scratchy. There¿s more that won¿t fit here

Great location!

I could see hand prints everywhere and the carpet was dirty near the walls.

I could bring my dog. It’s easy to get to and comfortable.

Someone broke a glass all over the hallway and it was there when I arrived at 6pm and still there in the morning when I left at 7am.

The staff!!! Every person encountered was amazingly polite and went out of their way to satisfy any request. They literally stopped whatever they were doing to resolve any issue, answer any question, give direction. Applause to the staff.

Property is really starting to show it’s age. Glass roof over atrium lobby poured rain soaking floors, stage, equipment. In spite of the wear , the place was spotless!

Staff was very friendly. Room was small but stylish and comfortable. Very clean!

The associated restaurant Burntwood Tavern (not the hotel's fault) was a bit suboptimal for food, but the best option it seemed as the hotel restaurant was closed. Burntwood provides room service for the hotel. Food was very expensive for portions.

First stay was so great, I booked the hotel for my return from Wisconsin! Great staff, comfy beds, no pet fee (yay!). Close to the interstate, shopping, and a good restaurant next-door. Excellent value, highly recommended.

Love the Aloft brand! Great staff. Really nice, well appointed  rooms with comfy beds, and NO PET FEE! Convenient to I 480 and shopping. Decent restaurant next-door.

Beautiful room,beautiful shower,beautiful pool and lobby,the room was small but you couldn't really tell because of the way its setup

Maybe a couple of the employees,but when I checked in the man working the desk was very pleasant and knew his job

This chain is very unique. We liked the bed and the room layout.

no breakfast included. Will go somewhere with breakfast if similar price.

There was mold in the bedroom area near the window for the shower and the soap dish was broken there were also no plastic bags in any of the garbage cans( not very sanitary)

Walls thin and could hear doors closed by and people walking.

staff person, i forgot her name, was very helpful late evening last saturday night. very nice, clean hotel!
