It was close to alot of things

There was construction going on they was tearing down parts of the hotel (we wasn't told this when we booked) noise statred around 730am went on thou the day elevator had sign saying push button easy to unsure it worked properly no pool

No pool like advertised. Hotel is good under big renovation.

When I come to town, I always stay here. The staff is wonderful and it's very convenient. Walmart is across the parking lot as well as some restaurants. The breakfast good too!

They did upgrade my room.

Sat morn help took 30 min to get me towels. Leaky toliet was gross.

I did not stay the night at the hotel or use the hotel. I decided to cancel my stay when the front desk staff gave me a key for a room that someone else was already staying in. I knew I would not be able to sleep as that is a major safety concern.

I did not like several aspects about the hotel, but the most important was that I was given a key for someone else's room. That is a major safety concern for me and I did not feel like it would be safe to sleep there.

The rooms were moldy and the carpet was old. One of the elevators didn?t work, I had two double room instead of two queens as was listed, there was no pool and despite multiple attempts to get my reservation changed to a different hotel, I was unable to.

I have the photos of the dead roaches and spider. The shredded bed skirt was sickening. And the room smelled musty and had a chemical odor. I asked for another room and was denied. I want a refund.

The hotel staff was pleasant and apologetic for the issues we were experiencing.

Had to change rooms 3rd, 1-night. 1. Fresh blood stain on the floor. 2. Already occupied by another guest 3. Window open so mosquitos and gnats were in the room and on beds. Stayed 1 night vs the 2, I booked due to these issues. Still waiting for refund.

We reserved and paid for the room on a long road trip. We checked in around 12:30am and they gave us our room key. When we opened the door, there were other guests staying in the room. They then informed us they didn?t have any other rooms.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Good A/C. Nice room.

Unresponsive desk staff. Noisy, rude guests. Poor TV reception. Messy floors.

Easy to find and right off outer belt

Older hotel ,but my room was still very nice ,unlike some other reviews i have read

It was disgusting. It smelled so bad of mold that I was up all night coughing. There were dead spiders squished on the walls, stains in the carpet, nasty stains on the mattresses that looked like mold, blood, and urine. Absolutely disgusting

This was the worst hotel room I ever saw. Huge crack alone the whole ceiling, wallpaper peeling, cracked sink, dirty

the Staff were wonderful!

the whole hotel needed serious updating. I stayed in July 2024, so I'm hopeful that they will make a major overhaul of the rooms.

Carpet coming up. Room didn?t have a tv remote. Phone in the room did not work. Microwave in room did not work. Outlet between beds would shut off if you jiggled it. No hot water in the shower. Breakfast was burnt.

Old, run down, and dated. Rooms were not clean. Did not use shower. No way it should be above 1-2 stars.

Had to go and ask for towels and wash clothes every day and has to go back down and get the keys reprogrammed every day

Proximity to airport and downtown

Since changing from the Radisson, it looks like this hotel is no longer being kept up the way it once was. Common areas are in deteriorating conditions.
