Hampton Inn North Olmsted Cleveland Airport

Very clean, both in the rooms and the common areas.

Rooms were a little noisy and the EV charger was out of order (no fault of the hotel, but it was part of why we chose this location)

The location was perfect. Right across the street from the mall and Walmart and less than 15 minutes from the airport.

Attractive and very clean the Hampton Inn is a very comfortable hotel. Bed was comfortable, great breakfast with omelets, waffles, cereal, and yogurt along with a variety of bagels and breads. Friendly and helpful staff and located right off highway.

Swimming pool was closed. This was the only reason why I came to the hotel. Front desk clerk was not hospitable, but rude. I felt like my family and I were racially profiled. My teenage kids were accused of running down hallways knocking on doors.

The breakfast in the morning, the food and eating area was busy the the staff member was not able to keep up with the guest.

Bathroom was not the cleanest. 2 long black hair in sink and on counter. Floor was dirty. Shower was rusty and mold issues. Alcohol wipes for cleaning were dried out. Room was damn with humidity.

Clean and modern amenities

They advertise it that they have a king suite with a single king bedroom and pullout sofa bed. Yet, they changed their mind during construction (so the front desk told me), and never installed the sofa in any of the rooms. I paid for a pull out couch¿

Pool was broken. This was the main reason we reserved this hotel. Crappy breakfast also.

No airport shuttle service before 9 a.m. and no suggestions from the staff of local shuttle/cab services that provide 24 hour service. This hotel should have provided a list of available 24-hour services.

The location was ideal. The problem was we got zero sleep because there was a party above us and beside us. When called down to ask to get it resolved nothing was done. We had a 6am flight and needed to get up at 2am. Terrible experience.

Noise above us and beside us until 3am. Got no sleep and when asked for something to be done nothing was done. Should be reimbursed and an apology should happen. Terrible experience.

You can tell they hadn't vacuumed in awhile especially the stairs there was cereal all up-and-down the stairs. The bed had a funny smell.

They booked pretty quickly.

I booked something before this. The hotel was actually a motel and I had to book this last minute. I was only at the hotel for a few hours before I had to leave.

Easy 9 min drive to airport, had good selection of BREAKFAST, everything was spotless, free parking with an airport shuttle, and I think the pool was open

The location was great. The premises were clean.

Mattresses on the beds were to hard and the Internet was inconsistent. My husband would use the Internet in the lobby, return to the room and have to sign in again on the same device. Staff didn’t acknowledge us when we entered the lobby.

The rooms were quite clean. The location was very safe and quiet.

They charged an extra $25 for just in case you or your roommates wanted snacks from behind the counter.
