Hampton Inn New Philadelphia

The location to where we needed to be was perfect. The housekeeping staff was friendly.

Some things needed updated and or replaced. Stained carpet and holes in window shades. AC was also sub par. Front desk personnel could be friendly and or smile.

Staff was professional and friendly. Hotel was clean and well maintained

The liquid soap/shampoo dispensers in shower were not full. The liquid shower soap was completely empty.

No air conditioning in our room and no thermostat which they knew before booking. Should not have been booked. We were in a super humid 90 degrees all day and checked into a sold out hotel and given a super stuff hot room with no attempt to make right

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and great AC.

The hotel is older and needs a few updates in the bathroom. Grout needs replacing, the bathtub faucet is old, and for heaven's sake get rid of that lousy 1 cup pretend coffee maker.

The staff was very friendly and efficient.

It was not very soundproof. We could hear the traffic on the highway.

Definitely could be cleaner. It's an oldeehitel and it showed. Bathroom was dingy and public areas could use some attention.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. My original room smelled like cigarette smoke, so I asked to be moved to a new room. The air conditioning in the second room did not work, but the temperature was bearable so I did not ask to be moved.

They had an available room. Breakfast was good

Very few towels in our room. One was yellowed. Toilet paper roll was half used. People smoking at the entrance door in groups. Coffee at breakfast was terrible. Card key didn¿t work in entrance door.

Didn't clean our room because we stayed 3 days.

Location is great. Generally a typical Hampton but a little dated.

I did not think the room was as clean as most Hamptons. The shower drain was incredibly slow. It wasn't like real dirty but not clean either. Not typical.

Staff was friendly, and the bed covers were clean. Breakfast was limited but adequate.

This location need updated. Bath had caulking coming off, tv was very outdated, carpets was dirty. We found a used rubber glove under the bed skirt. We had to call maintenance (which there wasn't anyone after 5,send hk) to unclog the sink.

The location was great and the room was nice.

The bagged breakfast wasn't much and their workout room was not open yet.

The room and it’s amenities were well put together and gave me a sense of security about choosing Hampton Inn New Philadelphia. I have chosen this property several times In the past because I truly felt that I spent my money Wisely.

The GMwas extremely rude to me, stating that I needed to “GET OUT” because it was 1:00p.m. and checkout was at noon. She had already checked me out despite the fact that I paid for two nights. The clerk gave us an early check in at 5:3

Clean, comfy beds, staff was very friendly.

Nice room. Great breakfasts. Good hot tub. Room well-taken care of by housekeepers. Nice community.

It was fine!

This is the most clean and has the most accommodating hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was so curtious and sweet to our family. The continental breakfast was great! The hostess who does breakfast was amazing with helping everyone.

I've stayed a lot in Hampton's and they are always clean and have a wonderful breakfast bar. One thing I enjoyed about this one they had a beautiful breakfast area with amish furniture and fire place.

I asked the manager to send me information about the counter top-the pattern-, but did not receive anything on it.

rooms were very clean, staff very friendly, will stay here again if i'm in the area.

amenities on the home page should be checked, it stated cocktail lounge (my main reason to stay here) and upon arrival I was disappointed to not find one.
