Pros +
- Staff was professional and friendly. Hotel was clean and well maintained
- Mostly clean
- Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and great AC.
Cons -
- The liquid soap/shampoo dispensers in shower were not full. The liquid shower soap was completely empty.
- No air conditioning in our room and no thermostat which they knew before booking. Should not have been booked. We were in a super humid 90 degrees all day and checked into a sold out hotel and given a super stuff hot room with no attempt to make right
- The hotel is older and needs a few updates in the bathroom. Grout needs replacing, the bathtub faucet is old, and for heaven's sake get rid of that lousy 1 cup pretend coffee maker.
