Hampton Inn & Suites New Albany Columbus

Location, Location, Location....my husband was having surgery at the nearby hospital, so this made the situation much less stressful and I didn't have to travel back and forth to home. Staff in the breakfast area was amazing!!

The flooring and carpet in the room felt damp and not totally clean as I did not like to walk in my bare feet. Of course it was extremely hot and humid, but I would have thought the AC would have taken care of that.

It was convenient to the hospital my husband was staying

The morning I was leaving, there was vomit in the hallway and the elevator was dirty with coffee spill and dried mud. I told the woman at the front desk about the vomit and she said she couldn?t do anything because she was the only one there.

The bathroom was modern and updated. The room size was large.

The breakfast buffet was gross. The hard boiled eggs tasted rotten, and the ?crispy potatoes? were mushy.

Booked a 2 - Queen Rm. On-line, whenI checked in they only had a King w/pull out sofa. Not cool for 2 straight folks.

The room was comfortable.

Once we finally got into a room after sending us to 3 rooms with guests in the rooms we finally got into an empty room. The hotel clerk was embarrassed and I met with the hotel manager in the morning. Our room was supposed to be refunded

We requested housekeeping and didnt receive it. We asked that the bugs in the light fixture be removed, which they did, but didnt replace the light fixture.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast

Not a thing

I like the Hampton Inn brand. The best part was the amenities -- breakfast being right on site and not having to travel to get something to eat. Although we did not get the opportunity to use the pool, we felt the pool option was a great option too.

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn before and it seemed this time that there was less staff. I didn't feel the same welcome energy. Although the rooms were very clean and the beds were good, the bedding didn't seem as good as in the past.

IT was clean and the breakfast was very goog

The pillows were the worst I have ever slept on. My neck was sore for 2 days.

The beds were very comfy and hotel was very quiet. Great water pressure in the shower.

Since we were staying 4 days I asked for maid service ( just change of towels and trash pick up) at check in. Our 2nd day, no room service so I picked up towels from the desk was told to put our trash/towels in hallway. Yuk

The location was perfect for me, the staff was warm and welcoming, much better breakfast than similar hotels and the room was clean was clean!

TV reception in room was bad and wasn¿t a Smart TV to project or use our personal network sign-in such as Netflix. Bathroom door was a barnstyle shared door with the coat closet and door edges left gaps for little privacy while staying with other guests

Dingy,. Breakfast meat gone by 8 am. Breakfast only till 9. Didn't clean room for first four days, didn't know you had to ask to have room cleaned

Parking arrangement. No information in room about tv, no info on local restaurants.

Close to where I was going for a family funeral

Amenities, like pool were out of service. Only a grab and go cold breakfast.

Location. Good breakfast variety considering COVID-19 restrictions.

There was no mention of the pool being closed due to COVID-19 until arrival. Additionally, there were dead bugs in the window, other people¿s drinks in the fridge and soda splatter on the desk chair.

Courteous professional service and a comfortable room.

The catalytic converter was cut off our church van in the motel parking lot. No cameras were available in the parking lot to help identify the culprit.

Bed comfortable and nice and quiet Would be nice to have a small table and chair to play card games on with spouse. Extra tables up against the wall and not movable. Really no complaints.

Rooms were huge, clean and nice!

Walls were a little thin but glad the neighbors were enjoying each other!!!
