It was available. We needed room Breakfast was actually a nice breakfast. Thank you.

Pool not working (2 years now). But we would not have used. It’s just aggravating knowing we paid waaaaay too much for a 2 star hotel and the night before we paid $20 less for a 4 star. It’s what it is.

Nice clean room and very friendly staff.

The breakfast that was provided was very slim pickings.The price I paid online was at least $25 more dollars per night that what another person traveling with us paid and they called. So, I may call more now instead of directly reserving online.

The room was not very clean. The floor was dirty and the shower had a hairball on the drain. The breakfast was lacking freshness.

Not elavator. Seems like they have most people stay on the second floor even when hotel is mostly empty

My AC broke on the last night and couldn't be fixed. Luckily it was a cooler night. They did provide a fan.

Signage is difficult to identify so be aware. Management/reception starkly different that the night before at another BW stay---rather business like, and a bit sullen. But we achieved the objective of a night's stay with things fairly well done.

No, just saw it as an OK if it's a "must stay" kind of place. Certainly was MUCH better than an old Motel 6 out in the rural areas of Ohio.

It looks very updated in the lobby and hallways. The price was good for the type of room we received.

The beds were very hard, the tub had been improperly installed so every time you shifted your weight, it made a loud crackling sound that echoed inside the room. Shower did not have hot water.

Staff was very friendly. Room was nicely furnished and very clean. We didn't watch much TV, but they have a ton of channels. Convenient location right next to the expressway. Excellent value.

Neither things are big deals to us, but there aren't many dining options nearby and they all closed kind of early, and breakfast is only served until 9 even on the weekends. We slept in and missed it.

Greeted at the door. Friendly staff. Very clean room. Quiet. Breakfast stocked and ready. Great place to crash for the night.

Clean had nice appliances and beds were acceptable

Not the hotel fault, but when I booked this room I didn't realize how far from my job it was. There is next to nothing to eat around there unless you want to eat the typical fast food.

We did have a hard time finding this hotel due to poor signage. Came in at night and there was no sign except for a small one on the ground out near the road and no lighting.

The staff was very nice - my wallet had fallen out of my pocket in the parking lot, and they went into the parking lot to look for it.

I didn't notice until I was about to check out, but the sheets of the bed I did not sleep on (thank goodness) were heavily stained. It was a bad way to end the visit.
