Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bryan-Montpelier By IHG

This was my second time staying here. The staff are great; the hotel is clean and very quiet. I love that it's easy on/off the highway and that there are two gas stations very close by. It's both a convenient and safe place for a woman traveling alone.

Nice amenities, comfortable beds

1st room we were given smelled so awful I didn't go in. New room, smelled just as bad, of vomit and mold. Wall unit smelled of burning and mold when in use. Was also charged a pet fee of 35.00 a night, on top of room rate, not given prior notice of fee.

No card keys, system was down very inconvenient. Not much around to do. No sheets or pillows for fold out couch.

Scratches in paint in room made it look a little shabby.

Loved the 2 seperate rooms with their own bathroom. Also enjoyed having our own large fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. This came in handy for my family of 6.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. I think these need to be replaced.

When we checked in we were told by staff that pet fee is $35. Upon returning home we check and pet fee was $50. There were many signs around hotel that stated if you don't register a pet you will be charged $35

Breakfast was definitely better than most other hotels

Needs more staff. The front desk was not staffed a lot of the times during the day When we tried to check in, no one was around for at least on hour. Had to come back to check in.

Nothing... didnt get past the front lobby

Made our reservation and received the confirmation email... showed up and was told that they had to give our room to another person due to bugs in their previous room. We then had to look for a new hotel in the parking lot.

Breakfast was good, beds were comfy and staff was nice.

Only problem we had was upon arrival to our room on the 3rd floor there was a wasp in it. My husband killed it since our son is very allergic.

Chose the hotel for pool it was out of service. Not happy. Also TV had 2 lines bisecting though screen. Heat was loud. Couldn¿t open shade. Had no window view. Felt like I was boxed in

I already explained I was woke up at 430 in the morning had to call front desk and they kept on till 5 there was hair in my bathtub and the floor I don¿t think was swept because there were muddy paw prints on the carpet. In the morning when I checked out

The guy said it was the people¿s fault not his. I paid for a room to be able to sleep not be woke up at 430 in the morning will probably not stay at another Days Inn this is the second bad experience I¿ve had with your hotel

Easy to find. Clean. Well-maintained. Excellent breakfast.

Restroom in my room could have been much cleaner. Shower walls were dirty. Floor under the sink was not cleaned. Not very impressed with the cleanliness of the restroom at all. Surprising, considering Holiday Inn is usually excellent.

All of the bedding is changed or completely inside a duvet cover. The room was clean and the breakfast included had Gaf/DF protein like sausage

After driving 12 hours, arriving to a room with empty shower gel & hair conditioner bottles I was told I could come down to the front desk and get them. Sign in the room states if YOU forgot items they¿d happily bring it up you, I guess not if they forgo
