There was no one in the office when we arrived. You had to call a phone number and wait for someone to show up to check us in. When the attendant arrived she said my card was declined so my husband used his card. Later noticed both our cards were charged

Convenient location

Absolutely filthy. Carpets filthy, dirty sheets, toilet seat unattached, TV didnt work, toilet leaked all night heater extremely noisy. Worst room Ive ever paid money to stay in.

Leaving

1st room had all furniture pulled into center of room and sheetrock dust on floor Replacement room door did not work Third room was okay Place was in very sad state of affairs and NOT WORTH WHAT WAS CHARGED !

Dirty. Lobby closed. Large gap under my door, could see daylight easily. Carpet torn. Smoke detector hanging down from ceiling by its wires. No lightbulbs in the lamps. Clerk permanently parked directly in front of lobbydoors, thought that was for guests.

Plenty of hot water.

Everything was outdated and bed was not comfortable. Location was in a bad spot.

I did not realize there was a fee If I cancelled. My brother purchased a room in Hillsdale about 1 hour closer to the funeral. I cancelled as soon as he told me. If the business was there the motel had plenty of time to rent the room, there goes 78.54.

The price, but then you get what you pay for.

The first room had no light above the sink. They gave us another room with a sink that wouldn't drain. After complaining about that, they said we could leave or they would call the cops. An altogether very unpleasant experience!

Nothing we didn't stay they where rude an charged my card an they said they didn't won't refund me. They are not nice people at all Ger

What I liked best about this hotel was that it was right off the exit and there was a restaurant right next-door

Yes the place was a dump !! very dirty, sheets inside out, floors not vacuumed ,dresser drawers full of light fixtures ,bathroom floor dirty ,shower dirty ,stained washcloths, and it smelled like smoke for a non-smoking room!

The room was clean and the area seemed safe.

I was told that the hotel accepted dogs, but was not told told that there was a $15 per dog fee, increasing my rate to almost double, which was a surprise. Even more surprising was that I was placed in a smoking room, which was horrible.

The building and grounds person went above and beyond to help with our overflowed toilet Definitely a flushing problem as it came back up 20 minutes after being used.

The carpet was filthy, sink & mirror had dried toothpaste spit all over them. Sheets didn¿t look like they¿d been changed (we used our own blankets and pillows). Toilet overflowed all over the bathroom and they wouldn¿t give us a new room.

Convenient to the event I was attending.

Hotel did not have a sign indicating the brand (none). In fact I initially drove by it. It was in generally poor repair. The ice machines and soda machines were inoperable. The towel rack in the room was pulling off the wall, USB charge ports inop.

Location was good

It was dirty. It was smelly and needed repair badly. Pillows were lumpy and old and breakfast was horrible and left From the day before. Would not Recommend this place. Will never stay there again. Needs to be reported to corporate as not up to standard

Air conditioner and the refrigerator worked well.

Smelled poorly. Sheets not clean. Burn holes in sheets. Room was dirty. Furniture drawers didn't work properly. Poorly lighted.

Dirty! So dirty! We asked for a non-smoking room and our room smelled like smoke and there were cigarette burn holes in the comforter. You could visibly seen dirty hand prints on the wall.

Fixed door security guard

Door deadbolt did NOT work/latch and motel rep. said I would be okay/safe.

Staff was friendly.

You can hear everything next door. The toilet flushing,the sink, the shower, and even though my room was non-smoking, the smell of smoke kept seeping in.

Checking out in the morning

Water did not drain from tub, old frayed towels, bugs in room, smelled like smoke, not safe location/ weird interactions going on outside until 3am, minimal breakfast
