Asked for room service, was not done. Room was very neglected, dust on everything, built up grime on floor. Business center is a joke. People were very friendly though. Will not be staying again.

With a group of 6 people I rented 3 rooms... The bathroom was flooded in one of the rooms when we checked in. Called front desk and told them about the issue she said she would get matnences up to check it out. 1 hour later the gentleman came to the room

Was verry pleased with house keeping and matnese..madness...

The guy that checked us in yelled at my son for doing what the debit card machine tils him to do... the guy was verry rude and the next morning when I had a issue with my card being charged after my son paid the bill he wouldn't help figure it out

stool did not work Tv remote didn't work after 5 minutes expected larger tv entire property looked dated especially the rooms

Desk chair back snapped off I ended up on the floor with the chair Reported that morning when it happened never got another chair brought to my room entered my room when told not to remove my tv remote without my knowledge And more

The location was fine.

I am really disappointed that they no longer have a pool despite it being n their website. Also the room doors are paper thin , don¿t shut well, and let in every sound from the hall.

Hotel room was ok

Hotel was nasty. Dirty, pool leaking, dirt or public hair in hot tub. Laundry area was fifty and towels wrapped around washer. Holes in the ceiling

we had to ask repeatedly for fresh towels. we emptied our own wastebaskets and set the dirty bags in hallway. staying 4 nights, no one came in to sweep. We had to ask for second on shampoo, conditioner and for extra roll of toilet paper since ours was low

Comfortable bed, adequate bathroom

No apparent infection control policy. PPE not worn by staff who were less than 6 feet from guests at registration.

under the bed was an inch of dust- need to sweep there maybe monthly!! should have seen.

We were in a totally remodeled room. That was a nice treat! They have a nice selection for breakfast and there is a restaurant in the hotel which is nice and convenient as well.

The hotel is a little confusing because it is so large. There is only one elevator that we seen and it’s in an odd location and hard to find. A hotel this size should have a more convenient elevator. The tub also wouldn’t drain the best.

Yes, the windows were very very dirty. They really need to clean the windows in the rooms mainly.The pool area windows very dirty.

The hotel is under renovation and that was the only downside. The room was clean and nice and the staff was friendly and very responsive

Rooms were dirty. Staff was unfriendly, doors didn't work most of the time.

The Jacuzzi suite was quiet, comfortable and had an awesome overlook into the south atrium. The restaurant buffet was delicious. The staff was friendly and always ready to help.

Our room lock wouldn't accept our room keys 80% of the time so we had to resort to knocking to get in or finding staff to let us in.
