The price was affordable.

The room was very dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom, and in the beds. There was dirt all over the floors, especially in the bathroom. It was obvious they don't clean the rooms. Then I took a shower and the bathtub would not drain. The worst.

Quiet clean nice staff

Location was convenient

No breakfast, only 4 pillows in a double room

Breakfast bar. Very subpar. Lacking real food. Only had waffles, dry cereal, and oranges. No eggs, no meat, no pancakes. It was so poor we left to go to a restaurant.

How loud it was and some of the doors never shut without slamming them also the pool was freezing cold

I booked 3 rooms and all of them vwere dirty. Food were on the beds.

Room smelled good

Bed was extremely uncomfortable.Little black hairs all over the bathroom. Drain came out of the bottom of the tub when I tried to use it. No juice with breakfast. Only water and coffee, Change machine did not work. Pool was very dirty

The room was clean and did not smell moldy when we walked into the room.

We stayed for 2 nights and the room service did not come to reorganize the bed and did not refresh the bath towels the next day.

The staff was accommodating

Rooms are dirty. Run down. Stained bedding. Had to switch rooms due to toilet not working. Musty smell. Hot tub destroyed my bathing suit, completely bleached it.

The staff was nice. That's about it.

Lights flicker constantly in the room, the bathtub did not drain water. Breakfast was lacking and they have the space to make it great. People were eating food in the hut tub so the hot tub was a mess.

The location was really the only positive for this hotel.

The location was very dated and run down. It seems that no visual maintenance was done.

Big parking lot for a trailer

The hotel is old and showing it. Tub was completely plugged. Was fixed the next day but not cleaned. Solid 2-2.5 hotel.

Rooms were clean. Check-in staff was friendly.

The hotel itself could use a face lift...older carpets, paints etc.

Hotel needs to be updated. More items for the free breakfast.

The rooms were very nice and the employees at night were very nice the lady that does the breakfast was amazing her name was pat she is very nice and kept up with all the food and was clean breakfast area

We seen bed bugs while we was in room as well as got bit up.

The refrigerator was broke, ac tripped at the front desk and our air conditioner was off all day so when we got back to the room it was HOT! They don¿t have maintenance at night, they said they would have maintenance check refrigerator next day, butdidnÂ

The breakfast did not have much to offer, very limited. No toast, bagels, muffins, eggs, bananas. Ended up going to McDonalds across the street.

My kids loved the pool and the breakfast. I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. It met the star rating we were given.

The room floor was dirty but the linens seemed clean. The lights constantly flickered while on and the AC didn¿t get very cold which was frustrating. I would probably recommend with caviots.

The location in relation to cedar point

The air conditioner didn't work correctly. The coffee pot didn't work. The room was dirty. The pool smelled awful!
