Hotel lobby and pool smelt chemical and room was musty smelling. Most outlets did not work.

Nothing . The staff act like they didnt see you. The girl was on her phone

The rooms were dirty. No flat sheet on the bed . Dog hair every where and the towels were damp. It was horrible and I wouldnt stay there again.

Upon getting there to checking in I checked in left come back and they called animal control on me and I went to jail and didn't even get to stay in my room shame on them did not do anything wrong

Staff at the front desk was wonderful.

They appeared to be doing upgrades on the pool area when we were there, so it wasn't available. But I actually think that's a good thing for future business. Shutting things down to work on them is essential to keeping up quality.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

Upon entering our first floor room, the musty stench of mildew and mold was nearly strong enough to knock us down. So strong in fact, that using air freshener, opening the window and running the a/c on constant had no effect to relieve us from the odor.

Close to where I wanted to be.

Hotel charged my credit card $20 for incidentals when I checked in. Later, the hotel charged my card another $30 for unknown reason. Next day, hotel charged my card $20.79 again with no explanation.

Staff was absolutely amazing Our traveling softball team stayed here for a weekend tournament in the area and they were great with dealing with 16 young 8-9 year old girls!

Chlorine burning eyes for us that sat by the pool and temperature of the pool room, on a 90+ degree day it may have been cooler outside in the sun than the pool room

Hotel was centrally located for what we needed. Most of the staff was friendly

Pool area smelled strong if chlorine burned your eyes and took your breath away when you walked in to the pool area

The bathtub was a very nice size and the room felt comfortable and was much cleaner and nicer looking than most hotels. The pool had excellent hours and the hot tub was very nice. Mostly though the staff were very helpful and made me feel comfortable.

Staff was outstanding. Desk and hostess for breakfast. Very friendly bed was comfy. Pillows good. A great experience.

When we arrived at 5:00 p.m., we had to call a phone number to get someone to the front desk to check us in.

no frills, a clean quiet stay with a comfortable bed, i slept great

room was fine; public area for coffee and breakfast was very nice. I have a hard time sleeping in a bed so was up at 4:00 a.m. and went down and had coffee and read the Sunday paper while waiting for my son and daughter to get up.

bed was too firm but that's not your fault...just me....I sleep on a couch at home; cloth and foam....

The hotel was located far enough from the freeway to be totally quiet, yet it was close to restaurants and shopping.

This chain has a kind of cheap "Days Inn" feel to it. There was no fitness center. There was no one to speak with at the front desk when I arrived.
