Water pressure and took forever for hot water. Also breakfast left a lot to be desired....kinda gross......the maid service individual was awesome 👌 Elevator was old and rickety, kinda scary to ride

bed sucked, ice machine and shower door broken, chair in room rock hard

The staff. They did everything that they could to accommodate. Lovely staff! However there is only so much they could do in regards to the issues I experienced.

Safety. None of the exterior security doors shut on their own. The outdoor grounds were very run down. A LOT of foot traffic coming in and out of those doors.

Shower and toiletries

Shabby. Definitely needs an upgrade. Was given a queen suite instead of a king that I paid for.

Good parking. The room was fairly clean. The pile of trash by the entrance door was barely knee high.

This is the 3rd worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I think the furniture was retrieved from the city dump, and has been mistreated ever since. You get one drinking glass. You can ask for a second glass, and you'll be told "No." with a stern glare.

I had issues where my key stopped working right before check out and baby in room.when I ran upto inform Staff , they said it's not under my name.. then once they realize they wrong, were ruder and took time walking slow to my room while my baby screamed

Size of room, Two TV?s, good bath towels

Back door was not secure, lock was broken and anyone could enter. Handicap room had bathtub not walk in shower, first room offered us at 6 pm arrival time wasn?t cleaned. We?re given another room and at 11:30 pm someone with a key to our room entered.

There was not one.

This hotel should not be doubletree. It has a lot of things wrong with it. The entries doors did not work had to stand in front of them for him to open for awhile and then they jerked open. The room had lots of blue tape as markers.

The water was cold and would not get hot,toilet was stopped up.Room was cold due to heat was blowing warm air out.

We had a fantastic suite and the location was perfect for what we needed

There was a clump of hair on the shower wall from the previous people so that was a little gross. The windows are also half windows and we had a view of the roof

This is the worst hotel I have ever stay at. The place is unlivable. This hotel is rated at 3.5 star but the fact is this is below 1 star. I file a compliant with the hotel management and Hotel GM said will not do anything to it.

Very run down. Carpet in hallway was very dirty and pulling up from floor. Room was missing electrical outlet covers. Crumbs were on the floor in the room.

The hotel room was not clean. The microwave handle was dirty and broken. The fridge was dirty and lopsided. The room was missing a desk chair and trash can. The lighting in the room was very dim. There is no soap holder inside the shower.

The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet.

Yeah no free breakfast. And there was a big wet spot under the air conditioning. However everything else was great.

Old hotel not up to doubletree brand. Poor repose from front desk staff at check in. Room was 90 degrees at check in.
