Courtyard by Marriott Dayton South

Location

The water pressure was very minimal, took me 3x as long as usual to shower. next day they had someone change the shower head when I asked for new room. My bed had cobwebs underneath on the exposed area of bed, burn marks on desk

The staff the pool just overwhelmed environment was great.

Front Desk staff is always friendly and helpful (despite my dislike below). Location is close food and interstate, but still removed from the main drag so it is quiet.

Second time I stayed here and had the fire alarm go off at night. Staff never came around to explain when it was safe to re-enter and\or apologize for the issue.

I liked that my mom was very clean.

I thought the maintenance guy was awful! He was there to fix the TV in the room & he had no clue. The hotel also says WiFi & that was not the case, apparently it was out for whatever reason. Not happy!

No sheets for the hide a bed. Small pool with no restroom fir the kids that actually don't pee in the pool!!!!

Fire Alarm went off twice in 3 days, including 6am on one day. No Staff member came out to the parking lot to talk to us and let us know what was going on, that is was safe to re-enter, or to apologize for the inconvenience.

Hotel and grounds were dirty. Not up to Marriott standards.

Quiet, very clean, and staff very helpful

They have a $20 per night upcharge to cover incidentals. However, no one tells the customer. When I discovered the charges, I was told they would be reversed in 3 to 5 days. Staff was correct, but it took the full 5 days

Hotel employee was outstanding I love her customer service skills, Very professional helpful an kind. I would definitely recommend my family an friends to the Courtyard at Marriott in Miamisburg, Ohio I had a great stay thank you 

The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. There was a small balcony, which meant I could open the door to get the room cold enough for me to sleep.

There was a mat of hair in the shower drain. The bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower were green, with small green text on them. I wear glasses, so I had quite a difficult time telling which was which.

Hotel was clean. Staff were professional and polite. Pool was at an acceptable temperature

The location was great

The air conditioner leaked and the floor was absolutely soaked by the time we realized it my mother was already asleep. The handicap entrance was a very steep incline and was hard to navigate.

price was good, beds comfortable. Reasonably quiet.

Older hotel that could use a little TLC here and there. Overall updated nicely, but not as nice as some other Marriot Courtyards we have stayed in.

Staff was fantastic. Overall room was nice also. USB ports on each side of bed, roomy bathroom

The balcony and privacy

No free breakfast wat the price they charge, they have food but only during certain hours and they r very expensive, it¿s good but I feel it¿s over priced alil on certain things.

Prices for food were high, and there¿s no breakfast in the morning less you pay for it

It was well maintained and very clean, and the staff were really friendly to me.

There was no soap at the sink to wash my hands. There was a soap bottle in the shower, however, that I could access.

Location

Linens old, stained, frayed. Patio door on first floor not locked¿not discovered till morning. Not what I expected from Marriott brand.
