Great customer service, clean, and good location.

I was really impressed with the hotel. The hotel passed my expectations. The staff was awesome. The room was clean and smelled nice. The lobby was nice and treated my kids great. It was an overall great experience.

Fantastic location near the expressway and shopping. The rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked with kitchen needs.

I¿m just sad that the appetizer hour doesn¿t happen on the weekends.

The walls are so thin, we heard everything above us and lots from just walking down the hall. Pets everywhere made me uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the common areas of the property

Seriously the best booking I¿ve made in a LOOONG time! Room was amazing and SO UNBELIEVABLY CLEAN! Whole hotel was clean and new and the breakfast was fantastic!

Location and Cleanliness

We have to carry our own sofa bed stuffs from reception(no room service) - No cleaning of room unless you tell them way ahead and if any issues in room, that will not care. I was told that they will send someone to fix the bathroom latch but no one come.

GM professionally dressed and checking people in. Hot breakfast. Full kitchen in room. Bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever experienced. Good location in center of shopping/eatery center

A little pricey. For $--- I would normally expect something like a jetted tub, room service or at least a free paper

There was a full size refrigerator and microwave in the room

The walls are paper thin and it was extremely hard to sleep. When I got to the room,the toilet was not flushed from someone who used it before. Also I found two bugs in the bathroom. The website said there was a local shuttle but there was no shuttle

The staff couldn¿t have been friendlier. The room was very spacious and clean. Both breakfast and evening social meals were delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves.

General comfort/layout of room, cleanliness, location. Breakfast staff was wonderful, however front desk staff at checkout was lacking in friendliness/helpfulness.

One night staff person is an absolute terror. She is the only staff member that is not nice.
