- The person on the day of checkout was kind.
- It’s was very clean and new looking!
- Staff was very nice.
Cons -
- The room was nasty! Food smeared down the bed side tables, hair in my bed that clearly didn’t belong to me, shower didn’t turn off. Absolutley nasty!
- I loved everything about it!
- No heat!Didn’t report it until checkout. But I’ve never understood how rooms that are visited daily by housekeeping can have obvious problems like HVAC, drains, toilets, etc. not reported and fixed.

Standard Homewood Suite hotel: roomy, large bed, good breakfast, snack shop, TV variety.
No heat!Didn’t report it until checkout. But I’ve never understood how rooms that are visited daily by housekeeping can have obvious problems like HVAC, drains, toilets, etc. not reported and fixed.
