Studio 6-Miamisburg, OH - Dayton

I planned to stay one night. I stayed for 10, making it a home base for my visits with family in Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati. Rooms have scars of age but are VERY clean, don’t smell like pet urine, staff very nice, hotel VERY safe. Will stay again.

The manager was going to refund my deposit but changed his mind once he saw that I made a reservation else where.

The price, but you get what you paid for.

The condition of the common areas were awful. Hallways smelled, trash was in the hallways and in the stairwells. I had to get a second room because the first room's bathroom toilet was clogged and completely filthy.

The location from the street of address. Unexpected..... Looked to be extended stay for locals.

Parking lot was dirty, fast food bags and drink cups scattered. Window in one room 2nd floor open, woman sitting on sill, hanging out window. Lobby dirty, smelled of cigarettes, told the front desk person we would not be staying. Gross!

Front desk gave out my room number to pizza delivery.Public areas of hotel were ROUGH & added security gave cause for concern about clinetele.Are there residential clients(alcohol bottles and plants in the windows) mattresses & rooms REEKED of stale SMOKE

The staff were great! Extremely nice and helpful!

The sheets had burn holes in them. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper and that’s it. The tv remote was missing. The room key didn’t work half the time. The bed was horrible!! It was extremely uncomfortable and felt like it tilted down and felt like my feet were higher than my head. Also, the room was freezing!!!!

One of the beds obviously had been used alot because the noise of every little movement was awful.. The second night a handful of kids were ru ning and screaming throughout the halls from the first to second floor back to the first floor.. That carried on and off for over an hour.. The bathroom floor underneath vanity had to bottle caps with dirt all around the floor obviously due to laziness of cleaners.. The toilet was loose from floor.
