- I love the location because its close to Kings Island and I think for the most part it's a clean hotel.
- This hotel has been updated and is very modern and clean. Rooms are typical for a hotel. Price and location are excellent. A/C unit was CRANKING out the cold air!!! Pool was refreshing. Love the window BLINDS as opposed to curtains that don't ever close.
- Great location, friendly staff, very clean, many options for breakfast
Cons -
- Staff was terrible! Room service did not make our bed when we were away or give us a clean room with lots of towels. Instead we were left with 2 towels.Very disappointed with the front desk. The front desk lady was crying in the bathroom. It was a mess.
- No drawers or closets in rooms, pillows were light, flimsy and NOT comfy.
- The only issue we had was the room took a bit of time to cool off. It was a very warm day and took a couple hours before it was really comfortable. We had gone to dinner during that time, so we weren't in the room while it was cooling down.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean, many options for breakfast
The only issue we had was the room took a bit of time to cool off. It was a very warm day and took a couple hours before it was really comfortable. We had gone to dinner during that time, so we weren't in the room while it was cooling down.
