Comfort Inn

The management at this property has thought of everything. The heating/cooling unit was quiet, and the fan runs continuously. Awesome hot breakfast. Looks like a nice, though small pool and hot tub. Didn't get to use. Great location.

The only minor grumble is that there is no elevator to the second floor.

The front desk person was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The area was safe, near restaurants and not far from the Harding sites. It met my expectations.

It was advertised as being a new hotel. It was not and was very out of date. No usb charger for my phone, very small and cramped rooms, literary had tape holding up the door numbers. I feel like I should be getting a refund.

The hot tub and pool that was about it

To check in after a 15 minute wait we had to call the hotel over and over to get someone at the front desk!! The room wasn¿t that clean and there was dirty men¿s underwear left behind in the dresser!!!! I placed them outside the door in the hallway

Was the most miserable night my husband and I have ever had. The mattresses were so hard, they hurt our backs and we were so stiff and sore the next day.

Cleanliness and amenities of the room. Comfortable lounge. Very nice breakfast. Good layout of hotel. Nice staff. Location was convenient for everything we needed without having to go very far.

I booked a King size room and when I arrived the desk clerk was very rude and said well I don't have any. I showed her my confirmation and she well there is nothing I can about it and said I could stay or go elsewhere. VERY RUDE

Clean... very clean... very, very clean. Staff was fantastic.

No way to block out the outside light coming into the room.

The location of this hotel was good (right off the highway). It was not a loud hotel - I heard voices while walking down the hall but didn't have any issues with noise in our room. Even with COVID they had a decent breakfast assortment.

There was a bloodstain on the pillow that was bright red and looked fresh.

Remodeled and the breakfast was good.

No elevator, were in 2 different rooms and both had had smokers in them even though they were considered non smoking. The hotel also allows locals to get pool passes. All the people and kids kept the pool experience not the best.

Not much. Location was the only thing we liked.

Our first room (122) had BED BUGS!!! It also had a sign that said smoke free hotel. The room smelled like cigarette smoke really bad. After complaining to the front desk we were switched rooms. This one smelled fine & didn’t have any bed bugs. Ugh.

It was clean and quiet.

When we checked in we were sent to a room with a man already in it. We were lucky that we weren't shot. Breakfast was nice but they served powder eggs.

Easy access with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby

The day I checked out the desk clerk looked like I had awakened her to check out. She had some difficulty get my checkout paperwork for me but she wasn't mean or nasty.

The price was great. The room was very clean. It looked recently renovated.

Pool was kind of small and not very heated.
