Super friendly professional staff. Free breakfast, lots of tips about the area, discounts at local restaurants, and stores, excellent snack bar/libation store

The pool was clean, nice but too small

Double window shades - room darkening were excellent for sleep and light filtering were great in the morning and evening. Breakfast was plentiful with many offerings, and some of the hot choices changed daily.

Not well soundproofed, I could hear the thump thump from guests playing corn hole on the patio 4 floors down, and the loudly giggling and screeching young ladies in the room next door.

Great bed. Great pillow. Great shower (hot water with great pressure). Good breakfasts. The staff was amazingly professional and friendly. The location was perfect for our needs. The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to see and do.

I was mildly bothered by the fact that trash wasn't removed from our room (we bagged it and put it in hallway trash cans & get new liners at the front desk), when we needed clean towels we had to exchange them at the (friendly) front desk.

Staff were outstanding. Breakfast was great.

Pool is very small and was cold in temperature.

Location was perfect for our stay and the room was quiet and comfortable. Pool was small but the water was warm.

The staff immediately stood out to us as friendly and very welcoming. The location is great and you get a discount on the nearby restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. They had delicious breakfast.

The only thing I didn't know when I booked was that this is two in one hotel. The other rooms have kitchenettes which is what I thought I booked. But we had a cooler so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Very nice hotel, we did enjoy our stay.

It wasn't the hotel we didn't like, we checked in on Friday went to a wedding on Saturday but when we returned, our room had not been cleaned.

Clean and well kept property. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Good restaurants within close walking distance.

No complaints. Would be great if there were an outside seating area.

Close to hiking

There key card system was down so we did not get a key for the whole trip. I had to be let in by staff the entire time. This is the second time this has happened at this location!

Hotel was very clean, the staff we so friendly, the location was perfect. Only about a 15 minute drive from Hocking Hills State Park. Also close to downtown Logan.

Multiple Dogs barking all day and night. There is no soundproofing and we had loud people and noises on both sides of us and loud banging on the walls into the early hours of the morning it was impossible for me to sleep. Several unclean things also
