Comfort Inn & Suites Lima Northwest

The staff was enthusiastic and kind.

The bathroom smelled like mildew and urine. The shower had pink mildew all over the caulking and black mold on the underside of the soap dish. The carpet in the room had been torn up and never tacked back down and half of the carpet padding was missing.

Overall clean hotel with friendly staff.

The A/C in our room did not work, it kicked on only in the morning. We were sweating and very hot all night. The room felt very gross, humid and stuffy.

They cancelled my pre-paid reservation and provided no notice. I showed up and was told when trying to cehck in. The manager was a bit rude and said there was nothing she could do, then she left. The other front desk worker was very friendly.

The gym was not open due to a flood. Swimming pool area was closed off

Staff and cleanliness

NOT a standard Fairfield (but in all fairness, it?s not priced like a standard Fairfield either)

Front desk staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

The beds are horrible. We ended up leaving super early the day of our check out due to not being able to sleep. The only reason we stayed the whole stay was because we had already paid in advance. We won?t be staying there again.

Our room was comfortable and most importantly, it was clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Staff was nice.

The pool was closed for repairs. The microwave turntable was not functional. Only standard TV channels. No premium. No netflix. Very boring. Would not take cash, even for snacks.

Appearance was nice and the hotel was clean. The included breakfast was good and included eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, bagels. Staff was very friendly.

The location between a busy road and railroad tracks made for a not-so-quiet night. The traffic died down at night but that was when the train came by. The TV didn't work and the pool was closed for maintenance. All-in-all, OK value for a low price.

their staff was the friendliest of any place we have stayed. very efficient. everyone greeted us and asked if we neede anything

no maintenence personnel on duty over the weekend. had an issue with the toilet and my husband had to be the one to use the plunger.

Breakfast

Too expensive and wanted $3/night to park in open lot. No keys for your room. bathroom shower needed work.

Nice room. Great staff. Decent breakfast. Good coffee.

Gym equipment sparse. Pool non-functional. Requested a housekeeper to clean my room as it had not been cleaned in a couple days. Housekeeper never did clean the room the whole week I was there.

We enjoyed the pool more then anything.

That people said our kids were loud when they weren¿t being loud.

Hotel located near very busy and extremely loud crossroads. Road noise far too much for comfort into the night.

The room overall was very clean it just had a slightly off odor. We just opened the window slightly (it was very cold out) and let it air out while we were gone each day and didn¿t really notice it anymore.

Lovation

Hotel is in a busy traffic area loud trucks and motorcycles also hotel is under renovation .

My hotel was filthy. Old food cans and drink bottles were left in a drawer. The sheets were dirty. What I wanted was a free night stay instead what I got was a free night to come back again. I¿m not sure I really wanna come back again

Night staff was rude.Was told the reason it took me 2 hours to get checked in was because he was under staffed/left poorly by the other shift. There was trash under the bed the bathtub was dirty and a used toothpick on the window sil. The room smelled.
