We arrived 11pm w small kids. No sheets for the pullout, so the kids had to wait for me to get sheets and make the bed. Then discovered the king bed had been slept in - sheets were sandy. Since kids were asleep I got sheets and remade it myself at 12am

The staff was rude, there was garbage under my bed at check out and the only thing they offered was to come get it, then they never did. The shower door kept opening while taking a shower, there was an extra deposit at checking nobody told me about. Awful

I could not check in early without tacking on a fee even though the room was ready.

Outrageous price for quality;microwave and fridge frequently did not work; room keys frequently did not work. Staff spent a lot of time outside smoking.

The hotel was clean and new feeling. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable feeling.

The mattress felt worn out and needed replaced.

Great value with Tesla destination chargers. The hotel is new with comfortable beds. Nice indoor pool.

Close to busy highway and traffic can be heard. No hot tub. Breakfast was a little lackluster, not a lot of selections.

The common areas of the hotel were very clean. The breakfast selection was great!

It would have been nice to know that the room does not get cleaned every day. I did not know till on the 3rd day that i went to the front desk and she told me that they clean every 3 days. We had alot of trash!

New hotel, very comfortable bedding, good breakfast, nice inside pool, friendly staff.

Could not connect to WiFi due to software update. Tech support got us online.

Walls are very thin. Could hear everything. Also, could hear those walking on floor above me. I also didn't know they would be charging an extra tourism tax. They whispered about it among themselves at how much to charge while I was checking in.

Convenient location, beautiful room, clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect during a winter storm, as was the fitness center- nice array of equipment. Good breakfast too! Plenty of dining choices nearby.

The ladies at the front desk were exceptional! Very friendly and offered any assistance we needed. The breakfast was great as well. Good variety and very fresh! Very clean room and property overall! Very impressed, thank you!
