No sheets or pillows for sofa bed, two towels for 4 adults, no hot water,

Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Room was clean.

Pool was shut down but I get it and in no way hold that against them.

The location and the comfortable bed.

The old dirty carpet and the old out dated decor.

The breakfast food was mostly good and they kept up on keeping the hot food out pretty well.

The entire carpeted floor was damp. It was barely damp, but damp nonetheless. It caused a musty water smell upon entering the room too.

Cleaning crew missed a washcloth in the bathroom. Bathroom door closed automatically, TV remote did not work.

Carpet didn't seem clean

The carpet was deplorable. ?the pool was down for maintenance .?the room was disgusting.?roach eggs in corner. The refrigerator was so rusty and chipped it wouldn?t close properly.?the shower curtain had bodily fluids on it.

Convenient location. Vending machines in hallways.

No coffee at breakfast ( they must have taken them away at some point) but no one was around to ask. and 2 of the 3 juices were out. Floor of room was heavily stained.

It did have an indoor pool as promised.

The floors were very dirty. We found a dirty sock from the previous tenant under the bed and the sheets were not in the best shape.

The breakfast was subpar, very sparse not much of a selection, for example only chocolate waffles, no fruit, the coffee was terrible, the person working breakfast was curt and didn't care, was doing the bare minimum.

The first room: one of the beds appeared to have been used/not remade; baby toys and a jacket were found in drawers. Carpeting was filthy. We asked to be moved to another room. The new room was only slightly better. Sofa covers falling off, toilet ran...

My room 308 was not that clean. Cups left on the floor near a chair. Dust everywhere, headboard TV, dresser. Toilet kept running, handle needed to be fixed.
