It was freezing in the room the bathroom was very nasty and it smells horrible in there the price was too high for a slump like that

I was not told until I purchased the room that I couldn't actually go right in the room had to pay extra to not wait 4 more hours. Was so exhausted that I tried to ignore what was wrong with the actual room

Semi quiet at the hotel

They put me in a room that is and has smaller bed the king bed I requested and the walk in shower floor has metal tape to hold shower floor together and very weak can?t stand you must lean back to wash off. Tv is also very small.

Outdated paint peeling of walls and ceiling lights in room that didn?t work door that didn?t stay shut unless locked It was a hot mess

The room was dirty, shower floor was busted and taped up and saw a syringe in the parking lot. I booked online and paid in full but charged another $10 but never was told what for. This place is a dump.

I hated the hotel it was not clean it was missing drawers it was dirty I had to go to the store and re clean it and get me some more sheets and towels because the towels had stains on them and it had roaches clawing all over the bathroom and walls

Only thing good is it?s near gas station and restaurant

The lamp had a frayed cord with wire showing. The air conditioner barely worked. The bed was so hard it was uncomfortable. The shower ran out of hot water in five minutes.

The office staff - very helpful

This is a very old hotel that needs a lot of work done. The rug in my room was very stained. The bed was like sleeping on the box springs - very hard and unforgiving. Door to the room was very dicey - a strong wind could have blown the door open.

Location was good, the employee at the counter was friendly and did his job well

The place is falling down looks like they are working on it but it¿s dirty smells awful. Carpet in the room was even sticky. I will know better than to stay there next time no wonder the reservation was not refundable. Do not stay here!!

Stayed 5 nights and not once did they come clean, or bring clean towels. We had to ask for them every time. Never emptied trash¿s or anything.

There was hair in the bed, on the walls, in the microwave, the shower. There were bugs on the wall, the bathroom, the fridge. I would AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

dirty, broken lamp with no shade office was a mess with junk and paperwork everywhere

It had a bed.

They did not heat the hallways so the rooms were extra cold. It was -15C and that is just not common. The front desk person in a winter coat, gloves, and hat should have been my first sign to leave.

It was very run down... Staff did not clean the room... No Continental Breakfast as advertised... Refrigerator did not work...

Yes. The place was inhabitable. It was so bad. My girlfriend was appalled by the bathroom; so I checked on it. The ceiling was bowing really bad over the shower, it was held up by a paint stirring stick and a couple of screws. I want a refund.
