Nothing. I booked a room with 2 queen beds but they gave me just a king bed and a soft bed which is really uncomfortable to stay 3 long nights. They denied compensation as well for the inconvenience.

They had a very bad staff and manager who doesn’t really care about the guests.

Location to our event

Requested towels and coffee Saturday morning for Sunday. Was told they were scheduled to freshen the room Saturday. Got back sat evening. Nothing done. No towels or coffe or clean room.

Price was reasonable. And location. Bed was clean.

Some amenities in the room needed an update.

Cobstruction, Bad smell, Got stuch iniside bathroom for 40 mins, rude reception

Great breakfast. Easy off and on highway. Very nice lobby. Very comfortable room.

Dark curtains only closed up to ac, which was in the middle of the window. Wide open view of traffic while in room you could not shut out.

The staff members were amazing. They were friendly and so helpful.

The floors were dirty and needed vacuumed. The air/heat from the vents smelled musty and made us sneeze and feel itchy.

We were given a room that smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking hotel. One person in our group had asthma so we could not stay in that room. When we went to request a room change we were told to suck it up because no other rooms were open.

Very clean. Room and bathroom were good sizes.

The check-in lady was VERY unfriendly. The check-out lady was very nice.

The breakfast was wonderful. Best ever. Also great location.

Little bit of dirt on the carpet but it may have been brought in on our shoes. Don't know for sure.

Very convenient location near freeway yet quiet and calm.

Driveway/parking exits not well marked or well lit. Easy to find the path in but difficult to get out.

Very accessible. Parking was convenient. Room was clean. Nearby restaurants were excellent. Breakfast was included.

Was given a room without a sofa bed although I had booked a room with a sofa bed, and had to go through the process of changing rooms upon discovery. Check in staff at front desk went missing in the process of the room mix-up, which caused further delay.

The whole experience was tragic.

The construction was aweful. You could hear absolutely everything through the walls. Our reservation had been lost and took given away. After an hour they"found" is a room. Breakfast was disorganized.

The room was nice, spacious, but had a kitchen that had no silverware, plastic, plates, or anything.

They advertise a hot tub and it's cemented over. The pool was dirty (I took the fake finger nails floating in it to the front. She thought it was funny. No corkscrew in the building. Nothing in the so called kitchen.

The room was very clean and everything was nice and working.

When I showed up to get into the room there was someone else in my room and since I had already paid for the room there was no discount applied.
