Good location; close to everything. Very clean.

Hotel was fine, but it did have a lingering odor like stale smoke in the hallways and room.

Location. Near a lot of stores. Although there is no daily housekeeping you can request one.

The bathroom door was hard to close. Water in the shower not draining well.

Terrible water pressure in the shower. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door style and it wouldn¿t stay closed, so if someone was in the shower you had to very careful if you exited the room. It allowed the person in the shower to be seen from hallway

The room is super clean and comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Free water, apples, the best hotel hot breakfast I ever had.

It was quiet, and had hot water!!

Bathroom wasn't really clean. There was like white chalky stuff, maybe broken deodorant on the bathroom floor and hairs in the shower.

The staff were very nice and accommodating for my family.

Due to covid the pool was closed

Tho we were not able to get our normal breakfast choices, due to COVID19, our hotel restaurant manager made sure that there were plenty of food choices to fit our pallet, daily. She was very friendly and we enjoyed our morning visits with her, thoroughly!

The room definitely was not the cleanest or the best maintained. The toilet seat was broken, the glass shower doors wouldn’t stay closed, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay close. Under the coach hadn’t been swept in quite some time.

Pool was cold. Chemicals in hot tub were so strong with the Jets going it stung my eyes and made me son cough

Rooms were newly renovated and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.

It was conveniently located for me. The staff was super accommodating to my needs for adjoining rooms. The beds were really comfy. Breakfast was wonderful and everyone was friendly.

The rooms where very clean and well maintained the common areas where clean and welcoming and the staff was the best answered all question kindly and the where super friendly and accommodating to our needs I loved the stay I will defently stay there agai

No everything was great

e wifi was horrible, the court yard smelled of gas, the food was worse than hospital food, and when we left the room to check out the whole hotel reaked of sewage. When we informed the staff they said they were already aware.
