TownePlace Suites by Marriott Geneva at SPIRE Academy

Free Breakfast/indoor pool Nice accommodations

We came last year and loved the hot oatmeal with the several condiments but @8:30am no sign of oatmeal but condiments still out-Server said no more oatmeal -extremely disappointed -she reluctantly got packets but no microwave ruined it

It was a quiet hotel with a comfy bed. The desk clerk gave us a printed list of places to eat in the area.

Amazing layout and super clean and very friendly and helpful staff

I

Parking lot is very small. We had to block all the electric car spots with our truck and boat. They should have made it go around the building

The room was amazing. Large and very clean. Loved the kitchen. Electric outlets everywhere I needed them to charge phones and laptop. Bathroom and shower were also excellent and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, modern style n clean

I had to listen to the folks in the room walking around with their shoes on constantly from 5am until I decided to leave at 8am. Seems the hard floors look great, but terrible sound barrier!

FRIENDLY STAFF AND VERYCLEAN

We enjoyed absolutely everything about this place. We will make this our go-to spot for travel plans from this point forward!

Cleanliness & comfortable. Location was great for Spire & the wineries.

Beautiful and I don't know about all rooms, but I have stayed 2 xs so far and the rooms are equipped with small kitchen, complete with dishes and pans should u choose to cook. Everything there is nice, pool, fitness room, decent breakfast

Nothing I can think of

Very clean lovely staff

Was a little upset pool was down for my entire stay

Breakfast was great lots of choices. Hotel was clean staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again

Nothing to think of

The room with the king bed and kitchenette was great. Not big, but very cozy. The size was perfect for my wife and I to enjoy each other without getting in each others way. The bathroom was very nice, a great sized shower, plenty of room to get dressed in.

The only bad thing I could say is the cleaning crew missed the microwave. It wasn't gross, but it did need wiped down before we used it. Other than that, everything was clean and tidy.

Loved all the amenities! Nice staff , very clean. Good breakfast

A herd of elephants above us. I thought it was thunder

The location is perfect, all the staff is very nice and helpful they very professional, and the room is cozy …I will be back soon..

So comfortable and neat and clean

Breakfast was awesome

It was in great proximity of Geneva on the lake festivities. The staff was great. The room was very clean.

I wish the pool were a little warmer.

The place was very clean. but the TV did not work. The staff spent time in the room to get the TV to work until I mention to her to put me in another room because I was tired. So she did after a half-hour working on the broken TV.

I did not like that she did not offer me a bottle water for wasting my time. Sometimes they offer something. I booked through third party. I am waiting on them to respond with what they are going to do about the situration.

The location worked out well for us. Being a suite it was nice having a large refrigerator and a couch in the room. The kitchenette was well stocked with glass ware and enough pans and utensils that if you wanted to make a small warm meal you could. Also the bathroom was as to large.

I believe there was a wedding group staying at the hotel at the same time. The hot water was unreliable. Everyone must have been getting ready for the wedding at once. The next morning we had no problem with the hot water. In fairness we have had this situation happen at other in hotels elsewhere l.
