Drury Inn & Suites Middletown Franklin

The room was large, nice, clean and comfortable. ALL the hotel staff was the nicest people we've ever had the pleasure to meet and stay with! And we go to MANY places and stay in many hotels!

All of the Hotel staff was too friendly

The pull out queen bed sofa was horrible to sleep on, more like a very cheap piece of foam 3 inches

The staff was so nice and helpful! The hotel was especially clean.

Too many children! It would be nice to have a hot tub for adults only But that of course can't be helped.

Especially appreciated the managers reception and complimentary drinks - very welcome after a long travel day

The large room and separate seating and tv area

The a/c was fine in the room but reaching the hallway where you watched tv was warm because the a/c couldn’t reach that are even with the “fan” button turned on Also in this day and age there should be at least 1 streaming tv option

The room was very nice. Every staff member were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The hot tub and pool area are perfect for a nice relaxing little weekend trip. My friends and I had the best time.

Yes we stayed 4 nights and we chose no room service but on the 3rd day I requested it at 11:30am when they were still on our hall cleaning rooms and the lady at the front desk acted like it was the end of the world because I ask it she was rude.

Free breakfast, drinks, and happy hour snacks were delicious with a great variety of offerings.

The pool is very small.

Very detail oriented. Orderly. Clean.

There was only one elevator so there was almost always a wait. But we were on the second floor and just used the stair the majority of the time.

The roomy, comfortable space; beautifully designed bathroom; very comfortable bed; framed photos in our guest room and throughout the facility that featured Middletown area places; and a delicious and more than adequate breakfast!

The manager and all workers met all my requests fast and friendly! Love the evening meal and drinks and soda machine and relaxing area to hang out. We love the pool and hot tub, we all had fun and guests were friendly because all were happy. Thx

First, it's a Motel. Rooms looked recently renovated, however it didn't include walking and painting. Housekeeping is suspect with dust areas that look consistently ignored.

Super clean, and a nice buffet selection for breakfast and dinner.

Pool area was small, and visible from the lobby.

We were on ground floor, but lone elevator was not working to the other four floors. that would have been a problem for us.

The hotel was very close to I-75 Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff. Meal at supper time with lots of choices( even drinks included) Lovely full breakfast in the morning before we left. They had a pool which we did not use.

The hotel had everything we needed. I can¿t say anything negative about it.
