Days Inn by Wyndham Middletown

There was nothing positive about this hotel and I am not a negative person generally. The TV did not work it smelled of mildew throughout the hotel. There was nothing for breakfast but these small tasteless muffins full of preservatives.

Unfortunately, this is probably the poorest hotel motel experience I've had in my life. I am 72 years old. I now staying at Baymont by Wyndham in London Kentucky and it is night and day better than the Days Inn in Middleton, Ohio. Too many corners cut!

The staff was very accommodating and the room was nice and clean

No pop/vending machine or ice machine

Didn’t have coffee pots in the rooms didn’t have breakfast except for muffins rooms were clean. Hotel is a little outdated. And a lot of sketchy people stays there.

Give me a hard time about my service dog the whole time and I?m a war veteran. This place is terrible. also charge me an additional $60 deposit cash before they would allow me to have the room absolutely terrible terrible hotel

Nothing honestly I was there for 5 days and seen a bedbug on my last day and told me to leave the hotel very rude management and staff. Seem very pleasant in the beginning entrance than it's pretty much down hill from there.

The family who owns the hotels in that area is very rude to people based off the walks of life that people come from. I have seen so many people who's struggling with addiction or just fall on hard times get there rights violated. Please be nice and kind.

the breakfast was stated when we called was to be a complete breakfast / muffins and something they called coffee. will never go back. Romm had three small lights working and two lights had no bulbs. For a Wyndham Hotel I rate it a -1.

Location for us was great. The room had been remodeled and was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was non-existent, really.

We had three rooms. Mine was fine, but the other two were not as comfortable.

They only allow 3 kids max they wouldn¿t let me check in and would not refund my money . My water line at home broke we only wanted to shower and leave

They treated me terrible because i had 7 kids . We only wanted to shower snd leave cause our water line at home was being fixed. Im a foster parent sorry i had too many kids im taking care of. All we wanted to do was take a bath and go back to our house.

Well as stated they said they serve breakfast and that was a lie!! We had to leave out on a family emergency and didn¿t stay the last night and they wouldn¿t get us a refund. And they booked it to someone else. So they got double their money.

Close to where I needed to be, quiet place to rest my head for a night

I gave a lower rating because I picked this place for the breakfast, and there's no breakfast. But online and the app says so, so I must've been mistaken when the lady at the front desk said that since COVID there's no breakfast, 3 years of misleading ads

That hotel looks like motel and book with breakfast just have a cold coffee

The room was clean but at the same time, there was hair in the bathroom sink and in the bathtub

I did not feel safe there. Doors into the back of the hotel were broke and had tape on them. Anyone could just walk into the hotel in the middle of the night. Trouble getting in my room. I left 4 hours after getting there. Will not recommend this hotel

The hotel was terrible. There were cigarette burns on all the blankets. They charged a 60$ cash deposit that I was not informed about. I had to walk a rock the street to the atm. The whole building smelled like weed. The staff was rude.

The mgmt is very rude. Came to our room at 10am and just walked in saying time to check out soon. Rude to another guest while we were checking in. No breakfast like description stated.

I liked nothing about this hotel. The pictures of the hotel was nothing what it looked like front desk girl was not friendly and it was very dirty. I would never stay there again. Nor recommend that place to anyone.

The quietness of the area. The beds were comfortable and I like the amenities in the area.

The staff was kinda frustrated on finding my information, but other than that, I enjoyed my visit.

The room smelled, the beds were hard, the bedding had nasty stuff on it along with burn holes from cigarettes'

No elevator, had to carry everything up and down to the second floor. Someone on the floor was smoking weed I there room and made the whole floor smell really bad.
