The worst bed I saw in any hotel. Mattress is like a Hammock and got hip pain next day.

The staff was very personable. Everything was clean, lots of amenities and breakfast offered a lot of choices.

The receptionists asked me to pay $150 down in cash as a deposit. I never heard of such thing in my life. Who carries cash now a days and why didn't she use the credit card on file?

The parking lot is very small and doesn't have truck and trailer parking. They make you park across the street.

It was close to a couple of different food spots and Family Dollar

They could definitely use a touch up on the paint

Stairwell and hallways smelled like marijuana every time you left the room. It wasn’t a great atmosphere with young teenage kids on the trip

The mattress and it needed to be a bit clean also a lot of hair in the bath tub

Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, breakfast was typical.

The room had a bad odor and the bed was not very comfortable. The towels, sheets and bathroom were clean. I would not recommend this hotel for a family or extended stay. For a one night stay, the location just off I-80 and price point made it adequate.

Staff unhelpful. Bathroom dirty and with mold. Non smoking room stank of years of smoking.

Exercise room had outdated and no equipment. The breakfast needs attention. No hot breakfast was available.

From the outside, it gives a completely different impression compared to what you experience inside. The rooms are comfortable, the service is very attentive, and if you’re staying around the Elyria and Lorain area, this hotel is an ideal place to stay.

The pool area is quite nice, but it might just need a bit of remodeling to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

My room smelled like an ashtray! Couldn't believe that the door has a no smoking sign yet it reaked of smoke. Shower curtain wouldn't close or hang right. There was a leaking faucet from the shower non-stop.

My daughter is eaten up with BED BUG Bites & loud trucks running all night in the parking lot equalled zero sleep. Locked me out of my room about 10am when check out is 11am- This always happens with Best Westerns-makes trying to load up the car a hassle

Good basic hotel. Nothing fancy, but had clean rooms and comfortable beds. Very reasonable rate.

Yes, the rude and obviously judgmental young woman who checked me in was extremely unprofessional to assume I was there to ?tear up the room ?. Funny I didn?t hear her berating the young white woman who checked in right behind me.

The room was very clean, we even checked the air filters and they looked brand new. The pool was also well maintained.
