Pros +

The bar/restaurant staff were very helpful.
Clean, comfortable rooms.
The large fitness center, although not all equipment was working

Cons -

The pool area was not very nice.
The door to the bathroom was squeaky and did not fully close, allowing all room occupants to hear noising coming from the bathroom
The aesthetic was dominated by gray and that was kind of a bummer
