It?s close to downtown Dayton where you can enjoy many good places to eat also they view from my room looks amazing

No everything was perfect

This hotel was great. Clean and updated. The breakfast and location were also good. Lots of restaurants near by.

Walls were thin. Could hear the neighbors.

parking is a little far, in a lot that is not connected to the building, but it is free.

The hotel was fantastic! The cleanliness and the organization was good. But had ext what is the employees came in to my room without knocking at around 10:00 in the morning. This startled me to death. Stayed here three days. In the last two were very Bad!

Again I was here three days. First day employee came into my room without knocking at 10:00 in the morning! Scared me so much I didn't want to leave any of my valuables in the room! I only stayed here because I'm waiting for my apartment to be finished.

The breakfast was really good, although I wished they would've had bacon, but the sausage was good. I loved everything about the hotel and plan to stay there again soon.

They could've had bacon and potatoes with the breakfast and toast, but it waa our first time so they could possibly change there breakfast on other days. Won't know until we go back there again. The parking garage isn't attached to the hotel so you have to unload your things and then go park and walk back to the hotel which isn't a far walk depending on where you park and where your room is.

The hotel was clean, modern, and in a really convenient downtown location. The room felt spacious and comfortable, especially the bed, which made it easy to get a good night’s rest. Staff were polite and professional, and check-in was smooth. I also liked how quiet the room was despite being downtown

Parking was a little inconvenient and added extra cost, which wasn’t ideal for a short stay. Breakfast options were decent but limited, especially later in the morning. Nothing major, just small things that could be improved

Lisa, at the front desk was a pro and tried her best to help any way she could.

Paper thin walls. I literally heard the guy next door dig into his bag of take out and mutter, “No tomato???”The first night they banged on my door telling me to turn down my TV (which was not loud at all and it was 8:45pm!) but after realizing how loud my neighbor’s paper bag sounded…I understood. The coffee maker was broken all 3 days and nobody could help. I asked both morning and night (they can’t get to the supply closet after hours so the night staff was helpless. I guess if you have a maintenance issue of any kind it needs to be in the daytime.)There is no restaurant.Breakfast was mediocre. The Marriott around the corner was 20 dollars cheaper on my app per night and seems much nicer. Same company, though. Next time, we’ll go there.

It was a comfortable stay and the room was great and a good size!

Extremely comfortable room with a spacious 'lounge' area. Helpful, friendly staff.

The parking is in a nearby car park which requires downloading an app to operare the entry gates. We were out of the hotel wifi range and this meant using very expensive roaming data.

Excellent location, great bartender, clean rooms with good amenities, and hot water in the shower!

Parking and Front Desk! Even though parking is free, the whole process of downloading an app, filling details, getting a code through text, and a million steps in between is a nightmare! It was also not well explained while checking in the afternoon and the front desk person got impatient and annoyed when I asked clarification questions. Plus there is no signage inside the parking lot explaining when the numbered Marriot parking begins. Speaking of front desk, even while checking out in the morning it seemed rushed with a curt, "you're good to go".
