- An employee who worked the 3pm to 11pm shift. she was fantastic. The Hotel was booked with numerous Color Guard Teams, & Ellen, being the only staff member on at that shift, was professional, courtesy & attentive to each guest.
- I had a nice big handicap room and it was very clean. The entire hotel was clean and the staff was constantly tending to it
- The friendliness and welcoming of staff
Cons -
- There must not be much sound barrier between the floors because I could hear everything above me. They had kids who ran and jumped non stop until 1030 pm and started again at 7. Not the hotels fault directly but annoying. I almost called front desk
- Nothing
- The only thing I don?t like about this hotel is that I didn?t get to stay longer.
