Hampton Inn Dayton/Huber Heights

Another negative. Had to replace key cards three times because they didn’t work.

We were there three nights. The elevator didn’t work multiple times during entire stay. I had surgery the day we checked in and the elevator didn’t work. I had to struggle up the stairs. A group of young men was kind enough to carry our luggage for us.

Only location was good

Everything I only stay at Hampton inn every time a take a road trip but this would be the worst hampton dirty nasty rooms bedbugs my kids all have been bitten our whole night was a nightmare the room that we stayed in was 210 had so much light come in

Very comfortable bed and overall quietness of room and located near good restaurants.

Maybe the room could have used some better quality decor and the window blinds did not keep out all the lights.

I stayed in this hotel a few times now. The location is perfect. Everything you need is close. The staff is friendly. The rooms are welcoming, bathroom has a nice shower and the bed is so comfortable Breakfast is good and has something for everyone.

I cant really say that there is anything I do not like about the hotel itself. Only this time there was a lot of noise. But that was rudeness of other guests. Slamming doors and yelling in the hallway. I never had that problem before at that hotel.

A nice Hotel in a good location. The room and the bathroom had a nice size, it was clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was really quiet in the evening and night.

The staff was great. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast.

It wasn't the cleanest but we got there at the end of the day.

the pullout bed was filthy, there were no extra blankets, covers, pillows to use with the pullout bed. I had to trade the mattress with the room next door (my parents had that room) and borrow the only blanket that was in there. I reported it.

Location also breakfast was great !!!

Toilet did not work properly u had to raise back of toilet 2 flush also found dirty diaperin icebox

The breakfast. The breakfast lady was very pleasant.

The toilet rocked, the sink drained very slow, hair was in the shower, and the bed was lumpy. Room didn't have an ironing board. So, called maid service she brought one. Took our towels and never brought clean ones.

Terrible. The room was cold (67 degrees) and the thermostat was difficult to operate. The refrigerator buzzed and hummed all night long making it impossible to sleep. I am a late sleeper and could not get housekeeping after 2pm. This was a disaster.

It was clean, the staff was great, and the breakfast was fabulous! We would definitely stay here again!

The hallway our room was in was quite cold, but we didn¿t need to spend much time in the hall, so it wasn¿t a big deal. The room had a thermostat we could set as we chose. That worked well.

Very disappointed. The first room we were given hadn¿t been cleaned, in fact it had crap in the toilet and wouldn¿t flush. The second room the door didn¿t work. Beds were old, sheets didn¿t fit bed, and room was dirty. Expect more from hampton.

Location!Parking! The area was safe and the variety of eateries  were outstanding.

The check-in was easy but NOT friendly or   accommodating. Hotel employee was rude. She didn't tell us @ breakfast hours or discounts in the area.2 rooms booked together were on different floors.Not changed.Bad experience;1st lasting impression.Other staff okay.

Location!Perfect location.Easy to find & surrounded by eateries,a gas station & a grocery store-all within walking distance.IF we had received a friendly & courteous welcome at check-in,our stay would have been outstanding.Other staff were friendly.

WE did NOT appreciate the person  who checked us in at the front desk.SHE was borderline RUDE. When we told her that I had booked 2 rooms & requested them to be on the same floor she was NOT apologetic or sympathetic.She gave us no info.

Room was dirty... crumbs all over floor, mirrors were dirty, shower had not been cleaned... very frustrating

Super clean, very quiet, very accommodating staff

Clean, close for us to see our grandkids and kids. We had them over to visit and they wanted to swim and the water was way to cold. We want to stay somewhere each weekend so we are trying different hotels. This one so far we like a lot

Pool was to cold and couldn’t do late check out. We didn’t get there until late that night.
