Staff was very nice and rooms were clean.

I was under the impression that breakfast was included and not a separate charge. Even upon checkin, the staff told me when breakfast started, but did not tell me it was an extra charge. That's my only complaint.

We were in the area to go to the National Museum of the Air Force. This location is amazing for that purpose!

The hotel was villed as having free breakfast. Well, it wasn't the breakfast they would normally serve. It was carb heavy amd not very good at that.

Friendly staff. Easy check-in and out.

The heater was very loud like there was something wrong with the fan. Kept us up at night .

All staff were nice and helpful Started with The gentleman that checked us in to The young lady at the front desk the next 2 mornings. Will definitely stay here again

One elevator is out of service every night

Staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable and thankfully our hallway was very quiet-which we were VERY thankful for. Food was decent.

the amenities were nothing like the customer service person told me were . I purchased this room for an 25th anniversary gift because of the amenities I was looking for and all I got was a beautiful room, could have purchased a room half the price .

Bathroom was not that clean. Rooms look a little dated.

Quiet, and bed was comfortable. The pool had warm water and the hours were long for it to be open! Nice to have a bar but I did not use it.

Window was too, too small. Very little light came in. Also, there was something wrong with the TV, it was minor but the picture had part of it that was distorted and the tv was old.

Pool was closed. Finger nails on floor clubs of black hair in the corner very disgusting actually didn't even stay. Booked room for a family day with pool and activities but that couldn't happen so we went home

Pet friendly! Clean and staff was excellent. I'll be back next week.

No grab and go breakfast, had to pay $11 or go without and get something on my way. Nothing wrong with a nice breakfast but not everyone is a big eater in the morning and I would have like to grabbed a muffin or even a glass of OJ before heading out

Convenient, I was only there for about six hours. Comfortable bed and hot water so I was fine.

First room had bad oder¿perhaps previous guest smoked. Moved to another room ¿.was put in a handicap room which was cramped and not all that clean. Room decor is worn. 3.5 stars us too high for this hotel. Elevator was slow and not clean

The front desk staff were super friendly, decent sized room!

Our room had some cleanliness issues in terms of mold (or what looked like mold) growing on the bathroom wall.

Front desk excellent. Pool was nice.

Front desk older woman, not responsive to my requests but rather to her own. For example, i asked for coffee cups and splenda. She came back with sweet and low and espresso sized and didn't make the change on the cups saying stating that was the cup.

First appearances say everything. The hotel was very clean, staff (Brian) was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. So very pleased with our stay.

Excellent choice. Due to my physical limitations and the fact I brought my dog, they gave me a first floor room at the end of the hall with an outside door. I could park right outside. Above and beyond expectations!
